Thank you so much for making a positive work out! I've been finding it really hard to find Pilates work out that don't use lots of shaming language about do this for a "perfect flat stomach" or do this to "work off a burger". Really enjoyed this kind environment you've created ❤️

The move where you go from the pike to the weird twisty plank on one foot (not sure what it's called, haha) made me feel like a MERMAID! So fun, thank you Nicole for all of these wonderful workouts 🙂

I’m new to Move with Nicole and have chosen certain videos to help with my body. I’ve really enjoyed the back drop of the sea and find it much more relaxing than in a studio! I’ve been sporty all my life, but now aged 55 I’ve stiffened up and have arthritis setting in. Nicole uses moves that make my body feel fantastic and stretched to the point that it feels extremely satisfying! Thank you Nicole 💞

Always a great way to start my day, I’ve gone soft girl and have swapped from heavy gym days to move with Nicole. Slowly but surely gaining tiny lean muscles, I cannot stress enough how much you have changed my life. Low impact high gains 🌈⚡️🌈

I wanted to try a Pilates work out and found this video. Although there were times where I needed a break and am absolutely graceless in the way I moved through the movement, I understand why people love Pilates so much! Am looking forward to doing more with you.

I did this workout yesterday after a long drive home from a lovely holiday. The timing was perfect, as I was after a quick one, this workout had it all....great stretches, the perfect amount of challenges(hip pikes), I got to sweat, my arms are a bit sore....what more could I have wanted. Nicole you are my most favourite yoga/pilates teacher in the world. You always come up with such impeccable workouts I can't thank you enough. ❤️❤️❤️

Ive also appreciate a lot this express pilates because combine streteching and power house exercises. Im missing a lot more lower abs series and 30 to 35 min full bodies wiyh no equipament. Thank you for the videos. It is a complete transformation for me. I am doing the exsercises for 9 days and now I am able to reach my toes without bending my knees… and a week ago my fingers were 5cm away from the toes with bent knees😊
