I usually opt for a 30 or 40 minute workout - but don't underestimate this spicy one! Nicole never misses a moment to take an exercise to the next level with her combos which leave more than one part of your body shaking!

I started watching your videos around May of 2023. I was 4 months postpartum, and my delivery had left me so weak with so much pain! In less than a year into your classes, I can confidently (but not perfectly) complete an Intermediate level class! I could barely lift my hips or move my back last year! Thank you so much for all that you do. I have fallen in love with pilates and moving my body again! 1000x recommend.

I've been weightlifting and running for 12 years now and recently started doing pilates a couple weeks ago and the app I was using was OK but not satisfying. I have some past experience with yoga and still practice it as well but WOW! Definitely love Nicole's workouts and will be continuing to do pilates with her channel!! :) FYI I never comment on KZbin so this workout was GREAT! and I suffer from chronic pain due to past injuries and feel so relaxed :)

Perfect timing. Side note, I’ve been having difficulty finding mat Pilates in my area (every thing seems to be reformer). But I wanted to attend more mat classes so I could pay more attention to the cuing considering im planning to take a certification class in the spring. Since setting that goal, I’ve been paying closer attention to how you cue and it’s been very helpful. I know everyone will have their own style but it’s just helpful to learn terminology and pacing. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Since 2020 you’ve helped me in more ways than one.

Thank you Nicole. I absolutely love your workouts and have been doing them for a while now. I had a bit of difficulty wit the roll-ups at the end. Could not lift up all the way especially with my hands behind my head. I'm sure I wasn't the only one?! Haha. I know this was an intermediate class, but I am definitely NOT a beginner. Moves you are able to do so easily may not be for others and modifications would be nice to add in. :) Look forward to your new videos!

I felt depressed as hell and did my daily type of movement which was this video 5h later than I planned and when I finally did that last move (with a lot less grace) than her I brust into tears because after 7months break I feel so greatful that I found some motivation to finally start and keep going even tho it's only my first week and I already wanted to call it a day after excuses but I got it with this video and I'm so happy

Really love your workouts! Been consistently workouts with them 3-5 days a week for the last 5 months and it's made huge difference in my hip mobility, core strength and my back strength. The way you organize the workout/flow and cue makes flowing and stay at pace much easier. I'm not always having to check the TV screen. Curious if you would add foam roller, magic circle or more ball workouts to the regimen, just a thought, but whatever keeps your workout fun and keep recording because these have made huge difference for me. Thanks.
