Hi my loves!
Summer is approaching fast! I cannot wait for the sun to be shining and for all that energy to flow. Here’s a 30 minute full body workout with NO REPEATS. So many people have requested this and I loved filming it. Every once in a while you have to keep the body guessing the entire time.
After you try my full body shred today I want you to leave a comment on how great you feel that you completed it! If you want to see more of this type of workout from me, let me know! This is the BEST workout I've had in a while... Been experiencing burnout lately from doing the same workout videos and feeling very unmotivated. I was so proud of myself for actually making it through the entire video! Thank you, this was what I needed today! Definitely subscribing

Just a broke college student who started using your workout videos around the time COVID started and I have been obsessed ever since! The first video I watched (and still use to this day) was the 10 minute ab workout and I knew I'd love your personality and videos because you played Kendrick Lamar for the whole workout lol. You seem to have such a kind and peaceful soul which keeps me coming back for more content! keep up the amazing work girl :)

Actually the best workout. I do this 3-4x a week and I see abs and have toned up and look and am just so much stronger. Thank you for teaching me 30 min workouts can make all the difference mentally and physically!

i wish you specified that it was mostly a leg/booty workout. if it’s full body there needs to be more distribution for us who don’t love legs!

I know she likes to use 3-10 lbs weights! I recommend on using weights that you feel most comfortable with! Challenge yourself every once in a while. 💪 I like 3lbs on certain exercises and use 5lbs for other one (ex. squats, leg lifts, donkey kicks, etc)
