When you first do this workout, it literally feels like the end of the world as a beginner. Feels like your body is getting crushed. But frankly, as you’ll continue doing this, it gets so much better! You won’t feel as tired and worn out bc then you’ll have the strength to do it. In just a span of 5 days doing this workout everyday, I’ve noticed so much progress in my strength and endurance.

[30/05/2024] This is the first time I have finish a full workout that lasted 30mins. Before, I just took the one around 10-15 mins and then felt wornout. I know there's nothing impressive but the fact is I won myseft and that I can do more than I think. This workout is really worth it. I felt retired but excited. Keep going on little girl

I hope ppl see this. At the start I remember I would not finish the workout bc I was way too tired after 1 set, so I would never do the workout again, saying I’m just a beginner this is not the right video. But then after literally weeeks. I was like this is just dumb if I can’t do it then I’ll do the low impact. So basically my plan was to do low impact for the first, second and fourth set and then go all out in the third one. This became soo so much easier for me. I could finish the workout and at the end I felt so much more stronger, I would take breaks and slowly my endurance and strength just multiplied by the days pleaseeeee don’t give up. It burns fat and tones up your muscles. Not like a bulky body builder way like in a model way. So please don’t give up ! I can’t say it enough.

So I'm a beginner and started the challenge today (hoping to complete...). A few things on day 1 that I took note of and wanted to share with you all. Hope it helps ! 1. *On day 1, start with the low impact versions* : There is a reason Chloe gave us alternatives and the key is to complete the workout and not burn out before. 2. *Keep your health conditions in mind* : I was diagnosed with anterior compartment syndrome in my right leg last year, so I had to take care I wasn't putting too much pressure on my right ankle since it causes severe pain afterwards. 3. *If Chloe says you can pause the video and take longer breaks, you can* : Neither is Chloe watching you, nor is anyone judging you. When she said I can pause after set 2, I did for like 2-3 mins. 4. *If Chloe asks you to push it, you actually can* : Concentrating on getting the movements correct and not the number of sets helps to do this. 5. *Breathing is key* : Like it is also mentioned in her website, breathing adequately and rhythmically with the movements helps a lot in getting the set complete. 5. *You can modify a bit* : I have weak arms so up and down planks are difficult for me to do and cause pain afterwards. Hence, I replaced it with planks. 6. *Don't skip the stretches* : Even if you are red and sweating, do try to do those at the end of the video as it really helps to ease out. I'll post updates if any and possible.

(My belly is so big right now, that I look like I'm pregnant.) Starting this challenge at 1/09/2020 Measurements 30/08/2020 ➿➿BEFORE➿➿ Lower belly: 93.5 cm Upper belly: 86.5 cm Waist : 78.5 cm 30/09/2020 ➿➿AFTER➿➿ Upper belly: 82 cm Lower belly: 90.1 cm Waist : 76 cm ~~Week 1~~ Day 1: ✔️ this was hard. I did the low impact in some moves like burpees and push ups. Day 2:✔️ episode 3 was great but I'm pretty sure I did some exercises wrongly. Day 3:✔️ the rest day was great Day 4:✔️ I did all the low impact versions because I injured my knee and I didn't want to worsen the injury. Episode 4 was hard for me. I did almost all the exercises wrongly. Day 5:✔️ my meniscus injury is gotten a little bit worse. The pain is real. I did the low impact version in all the moves. Day 6:✔️ I did some high impact exercises today, like burpees and jumping jacks. My knee still hurts so I'm not pushing too hard to do the high impact exercises. Day 7: ✔️ rest day. Perfect for my knee. Update: no inches lost but my belly looks more tonned.i really need to pay attention to my diet. ~~Week 2~~ Day 8:✔️ today I did the high impact in all moves (YEAHH💪🙌🙋) but with a slower pace than Chloe of course. I'm sweating like a pig right now but I feel so proud of myself and so energised. Day 9:✔️now I finally realised what I was doing wrong all the other days. I was trying to go fast on the exercises just as Chloe, not thinking that she is an expert and she is doing the exercises right. The last two days I do the high impact version but in my own slow pace. I prefer to the exercises slow and correctly, rather than fast and wrong. Day 10:✔️ my mat was so full of sweat that I fell so many times doing the up and down plank. Day 11:✔️ rest day Day 12:✔️ new video today, YEAHH! Episode 5 was tiring as hell, but it felt really good. I did the low impact version in some exercises that are new to me. Didn't do the optional video. Maybey I'll do it later, maybe not.😂 Day 13:✔️ today I had no energy at all. I did the low impact version and I took a lot of breaks. But ianaged to finish the workout. Mountain climbers and high knee as really hard for me. I do the low impact version in high knee after 20 seocnds and I take a lot of breaks on mountain climbers or I do it slower. I hope I will manage to do them in the future. Ok, I don’t know if anybody cares, but I’m trying to do an update every day. Day #1: So I just finished the two workouts and it was sooo hard to get through it. I got through it, but I still “cheated” at some points and took small breaks. But I’m very proud that. I pushed myself. Day #2: So I just finished the both workouts for today. The ab workout was a bit easier today for me than it was yesterday. The cardio workout was sooo hard but mainly because I hate cardio and always try to get around to it😂 But I pushed myself and got through it even though I did the low impact versions at some points. Day #3: today is rest day. I’m surprised that my abs aren’t sore yet. I feel my tummy tightening and I feel that my core is getting stronger. Day #4: Today was the first day with the lower ab workout and it was sooo hard, especially after doing the other two workouts. I don’t really see that my body has changed so far, but working out becomes easier every day. I was even able to do all the burpees on day two I could only do the low impact version. Day #5: Today’s update is going to be a bit longer. Before I even started this challenge I went to the gym like 3 to 5 times a week and I realised that it is hard to do so if I do this challenge. So I decided that whenever I go to the gym I’ll “move” my whole schedule by one day, unless I feel like I’m able to do one more workout that day. Today I went to the gym to train my legs and I also did 15 minutes of cardio. I don’t think I’ll do any more sports today, so I’m going to do the Day 5 workouts tomorrow. I hope you understand what I mean and please don’t hate me lmao. Day #6: So today I did the workout for Day 5. I was halfway through the ab workout when I cut myself with some shattered glass that was on my carpet🙄 it wasn’t too bad so I wiped off the blood and continued, but it continued to bleed and now there’s blood on my carpet lmao. Anyway, I didn’t want to give up so I finished the workout by putting a Kleenex underneath my hand whenever my “wound” touched the floor. So guys if I can do this with a bleeding hand then you can do it too😂 In general I got through the workout pretty well except for the fact that my feet (yes my feet, not legs) started hurting after a while of the jumping stuff. Hence, I switched to the low impact version. Day #7: Today I went to the gym again and trained my back. I can actually see that my waist has shrunk and my belly has gotten flatter. I think I will still do a small ab workout tonight, but I will continue the challenge tomorrow. Day #8: I came home at 5pm and I was super tired that I could’ve slept for 3 days straight. So I decided that I won’t do the full workout (which would be 10min ab, full body burn and lower abs). Anyway, I didn’t want to do no workout so what I did was that I isolated some exercises that I struggle with (bicycle crunch and bunny hops) and tried to do them properly and added some other ab exercises. I hope I‘m not crushing anybody’s motivation haha. Well, Chloe said that you don’t have to follow the schedule 100% and change it so it works for you. As I am going to the gym and I actually did do some sort of workout everyday (except for day3) since I started, I think this is the best way for me to do this challenge. My tummy has tightened a lot and I definitely have lost belly fat!!! Day #9: I wasn’t home the whole day so I didn’t workout today. Day #10: Well, funny story😂 My room got flooded so I can’t do a workout because the whole floor is wet. But I‘m going to the gym tomorrow, I swear! As you might’ve noticed, I haven’t updated in a while. I actually got sick and couldn’t workout for a week so I had to quit the challenge. But thank you so much for so many likes, I still hope that some of you got some motivation from this☺️ keep going guys🙏🏽

I started doing this and as an asian, my society likes to body shame. they like to point out my thick thighs, my cellulites and I was stressed. I was doing this in my room and my uncle laughed when he came in not that kind of laughter u would hear becux of a joke. it was a mocking kinda laughter I stopped and paused. then he said "stop doing this. you're gonna end up fAT like your mom anyways" my mom was a woman in her 40s she was not FAT. she was just less fit. I ran to the basement with my Mac and started tearing up. I don't wanna deal with their judgements anymore. my relatives were toxic. so I decided to put more effort into doing these. plz give me courage I weigh 113 lbs and I'm 5ft 4'' day 1: was harder than I ever imagined. I was sweating so bad I had a break Becuz I had online tests :’)) Sry bout datttt! will be getting bck on track and update!!! back after a break I'm actually 110 lbs rn becuz of.all the stress I received from my Japanese class ahahah and I've been eating clean day 1 : doing this again was hard for me but I kept trying my best. I sweated a lot and I felt great and proud after I've done this even tho I really wanted to smack my screen halfway thru Day 2: much easier in my opinion my core hurts and also my belly. The struggle is real hey guys update I currently weigh 96 lbs now after trying out different programmes and following different videos this quarantine. I used to struggle with my weight as I always overeat after I have exercised and gone overboard with treating myself. so I would gain the weight I have lost. this is called the yo yo effect. now I have completely overcame it and I have been maintaining my weight with exercises and without starving myself. chole helped me built my foundation and my strength stamina. and do know guys u have to eat healthy and unhealthy. yes unhealthy too. its ok to eat a scoop of ice cream sometimes and dun avoid family dinners of nightout with friends. after u realised u have overate dun eat for the next 16 hours. just try to drink as much water as you can!! do not drink any other beverages except water! enjoy a light salad afterwards and u will see your weight is back to normal. and don't depend too much on the scale as it changes throughout the day. u will feel demotivated. if u want just weigh yourself first thing in the morning and btw these tips are not mine they r from a Korean KZbinr. the video I've been following at the moment is Rosie Graham's chloe

Today is my 10 day. Doing every day without skipping and cheating. No low impact versions. Going to finish this challenge anyway. I started working out 1 year ago on quarantine and I needed something to level up my workout routine. One year ago I hated all the sports and was weak, lazy, exhausted. If want to change your life, your health and your body do it now. I can’t imagine my life without workouts now. It gives me energy, my body is finally toned, and I’m constantly looking for the new inspiration. And I found it! Thank you Chloe 🏆 And I have got a lot of compliments on my tattoo session. The master was so happy that my legs are toned, and that moment I realised that 1 year of workouts was worth it

Hey guys i will be doing this workout for 30 days and i will add updates below, wish me luck: 16/5: done ✅ i couldn’t do half of it i only did set 1 and 2. 17/5: done ✅ i completed the whole workouts 🏋️♀️ i took a long rest between second and third set. 18/5: done ✅ 19/5: done ✅ 20/5: done ✅ i have a lower back pain so i couldn’t do some of the workouts. How in the hell can i fix it? Is It because I am training too much? Now truth time, i only did this workout i didn’t do the whole program because i thought it would be too much since i don’t do workouts at all, i had hip dips, bloated tummy, kind of saggy ass??? my My hip tips disappeared and my tummy became more flatter I didn’t have six packs but i had side packs? I guess that what’s it called and it isn’t bloated as before. My ass became more rounder and it looks nicer than ever. I lost weight i dont have scale at home but my family noticed that. My collar bones became more defined and my face too. I will take a rest for a week then i will do the whole program i mean i only did one workout and i had an amazing results what if i did the whole program?. for everyone doing this secretly in their room and perfectly fine doing the high impact exercises, here are some good substitutes that i use so the workout is still effective. for *burpees* just do *burpees* with a *pushup* for *plank with bunny hops* just do *groiners* for *shuffle crunch* just *step* instead of *jumping* i’ll add more if i think of them!!

Every time burpees, or anything that looks intense comes on I throw my glasses down right in front of where I’m supposed to do the excersize and the once we r done and moving on to less intense stuff I pick them up and get ready for the next one.

starting all over again. my first attempt I was losing weight but after a month of doing the and walking 10k steps I started to get lazy and I was again a little bit of weight and now I feel motivated to try this again. this is my second day doing this workout I hope I don't give up

recording my progress♥️ I’m doing the full program btw! (I’m 15, 5”2.3 (160cm) and i’m about 51kg (112lbs), waist is 66cm / 26 in, i look average, def not chloe ting skinny/fit tho!) goals✨: - lose overall fat especially in the waist, arms and legs - get fitter - get healthier note: just so u know, I’m on vacation rn so my food choices aren’t the best, though i try my best to get healthy foods day 1: DONE ✅ the ab workout (#2) was okay since i’ve alr trained my abs and there wasn’t much cardio, but when i got to #3, man i was dying by the end of the 2nd set. but i managed to finish it! after that, i felt so cleanse, it was great day 2: DONE ✅ i did #2 and #3 today, and it got difficult in the first set of #3. i was a little sore from yesterday so my legs were not cooperating as well😢 but i managed to finish it and it felt great after! i wasn’t expecting much results but the mid line on my abs were more defined at the top and u could see it better in the lower an area unlike before! day 3: DONE ✅ today was a rest day, didn’t feel too sore or anything, idk if I’m tripping but one of my shorts had a more comfortable fit? it used to be just the slightest bit snug on me but now it’s just right. i might be trippin cuz it’s only been day 3 day 4: DONE ✅ i did workout #2, #1, and #4 (50 min total). before i was kind of nervous because it’s longer than the ones before but i did pretty well! i wasn’t as tired doing workout #1, so that’s great. in terms of physical progress, u can see the two lines along the sides in certain angles and in certain lighting, it’s there but other people wouldn’t notice it till they really look at it! i haven’t done any measurements yet:) day 5: 1/2 DONE ✅?? i was only able to do #2 today because there was NO space in the gym:( I’ll try to go to the gym later today to do #3 though! right now, I’m able to cook so I’m eating way healthier, and one change i notices it that i look “less of a rectangle”. there is a slight curve, and I’m really happy about it:) edit 2 of day 5: i managed to do #3 and I’m proud! also, i just bought a really cropped tank thinking that i wouldn’t be confident to wear it now, but i tried it on today and damn it looks great on me🥺🥰 day 6: DONE(ish?) ✅ instead of a rest day tmr, I’m swapping it to today. (i didn’t have time:( ) i didn’t eat the healthiest today because i didn’t have much of a choice, so rn I’m slightly bloated:/ though i drank a ton of water to make sure i flush it all out! Excited for tmr’s workout to get back on that grind 🥰 day 7: DONE✅ did #2, #1, and #3 today, wasn’t as bad as before but still tiring. I’m looking forward to the workouts more and more so that’s rlly cool! my waistline is slightly smaller than before, but I’m hoping to see more progress in my “love handles”. I’m rlly happy that i’ve finished week 1!! day 8: didn’t manage to do any workout but I’ll just swap it out with a rest day later this week. i’ve noticed that my metabolic rate has increased, I’d usually feel a lot of “bloatness” the day after if i ate something unhealthy, but it’s way lesser now day 9: 1/3 DONE ✅ couldnt do #3 today, and was too busy to notice any changes:/ day 10: last day of vacation so i didn’t do it:( but I’m excited to get back home because I’ll cook and have a healthier meals! i noticed that the curve from my love handle to my hip bone is wayy smoother, i can barely see it now! it’s basically almost gone, tysm chloe day 11: back home from a 18 flight, so I’m jet lagged and didn’t do it. i weighed myself today and I’m 49.8 kg (109.8 lbs) with clothes on?? i was pretty sure i gained weight due to the unhealthy foods😶 day 12: 1/3 DONE✅ since I’m still recovering from major jet lag, i just did #1! i just came back from vacation so i thought I’d look more bloated, but when i looked in the mirror, my waist has gotten smaller! I’m gonna do my measurements on day 14🥳 day 13: I’m taking today off because of my jet lag, but I’ll be on track from tmr onwards! on day 14 it’ll be my first time doing #5 and i will be measuring tmr, rlly excited! day 14: 2/3 DONE ✅ did the 45 min one today and i think it’s slightly easier than the 30 min one? it’s more strength training than cardio, but i still sweat a ton. did my measurements today and my waist is 65cm (25.59in) and I’m 48.9kg (107.8lbs)!!✨TYSM CHLOE day 15: 1/3 DONE ✅ did the 30 min one today, and it is wayy easier than the first time. today i weighed myself again and I’m 48.8kg (107.59lbs)?? i definitely see the changes in my arms and waist, and even in my face! day 16: DONE (ish?)✅ i went to the gym today and when i was doing workout #1, some moves felt a little awkward so i didn’t do them, i skipped 3 moves🤭 but other than that i completed it!! almost halfway into week 3! day 17: 2/3 DONE ✅ as u can see, I haven’t been doing all the workouts on the workout plan since I’m busy with school now😢 but i make sure to do at least one of the ab training and hiit workout every time! i’ve been noticing that I’m a lot more confident, my metabolic rate has increased and my skin is c l e a r i n g✨✨✨ i’ve definitely seen changes in my waist too! it got smaller, and my “love handles” will definitely be gone after the 30th day♥️♥️ day 18: DONE ✅ ✨✨✨just #2 today! I’m eating pretty healthy now, I’m going by the 80/20 eating rule, and it’s been great!! my love handles are basically gone, and my arms are more toned:) day 19: DONE✅ did #2, #5, and #4, and i did way better than i thought! also realized that my butt got a little bigger, and my thighs don’t rub against each other as much as it used to. i don’t have a thigh gap and i don’t expect to get one because of the way my hips are, but it did get slimmer and more toned! almost 2/3 done with the workout, I’m so happy i made it this far🥰 day 20: skipped the workout since i already did hiit workouts and weight training at school! day 21: DONE ✅ rest day today,!! I’m realizing that my waist is getting more cinched in WOO It’s the end of week 3, so here are my measurements: waist: 64.8 cm / 25.5 in weight: 49kg /108 lbs height: 160 cm/ 5’3 day 22: 2/3 DONE ✅ i got really sick today so i just did 10 min ab and 30 min hiit. it was pretty difficult so i did the low impact version, hoping to get better soon!♥️♥️ day 23: day 24: had PE today so i decided to skip the workout, 6 more days to go!! day 25: DONE ✅ i still a little sick, but other than that it was fine! day 26: i did a mile run and a couple of other fitness tests so i decided not to overwork myself today:) i ran a mile (1.6km) in 8:10, btw! before this, it took me 8:45 day 27: DONE ✅ rest day instead of tmr, so I’ll workout tmr! day 28: DONE ✅ i did a few extra workouts by gabriella whited today, and i ate outside after that. i had some salmon and rice, so it wasn’t super unhealthy or anything! it’s the end of week 4, but I’ll be waiting till day 30 to take my measurements!!!🥳🥳 day 29: day 30:
