I hate when people say “don’t lose weight to impress others” I want to lose weight so I can look and feel good about myself and it matters to me about what people think. if anyone is here in Jan 2022*- I started doing this workout (just this one, not the whole challenge) sometime in March in 21. I have seen an amazing difference! The exercises really are perfectly planned imo and work every part. Put your own music on and groove away My friends actually noticed a visible difference before I did at around 3 ish weeks (?) What really helped me was changing my mindset from - oh I'm going to exercise to lose weight, to - I'm a person who exercises daily. Make that your goal, not the numbers, not the appearance but the action itself. Also - be consistent, do ut everyday, on the days youre not feelin it, do a mild version, but do it. And take it easy on yourself. Be on your own side first 💖 A *HUGE* thank you to Chloe for making this 💖 it really changed the way I feel abt myself All the best and lots of love to anyone who reads this 💖

This sounds silly, but if you are struggling to do the exercise for the allocated amount of time try watching Chloe while she is doing it. When she squats, squat in the time with her, Do everything exactly in time with her. You are so busy watching her you don’t watch the time or notice the pain as much. It helped me, so it might help you guys too xx

Current weight - 63kg Goal weight - 54kg Start date March26 Day 1- Done✅gosh this is so hard took an hour to finish Day2-Done✅ sooo tired Day3-Done✅still hurts Day4-Done✅it was still hard but did it without a single extra break finished it in 27mins so proud Day5-Done✅ Took a break for 2days❌ Day6-Done✅ Day7-Done✅ Day8-Done✅took many breaks..finished the workout in an hour and fifteen minutes Day9-Done✅did it without any breaks..finished it in 30 mins yayyy Day10-Done✅ Day11-Done✅ Took a break for 8days due to periods and personal stuff❌ Day12-Done✅ Took a break today❌ Day13-Done ✅ Day14-Done✅ Day15-Done✅ Day16-Done✅ was so tired today but still pushed through took plenty of breaks finished it in 50mins Day17-Done✅ Day18-Done✅ Day19-Done✅ Day20-Done✅it felt easy today Day21-Done✅ Day22-Done✅ Was out all day so didn't do anything today....felt very tired❌ Day23-Done✅ Day24-Done✅ Day25-Done✅ Took a break for 7days due to periods❌ Day26-Done✅it felt easy also I had a bit more energy today, didn't take any extra break finished on time..guess the break was good Tried some pilates yesterday after doing this kinda regretting it... I get that it's a long and slow process also learned a lot about my body this past month, how much strength and endurance it has...kinda tried doing this last year but couldn't even get past set1..got demotivated and stopped doing it altogether but tried it again this year can't believe already finished a month. My body has really built up stamina (which was my main goal for this workout, weight-loss is just a bonus) from only doing set1 to finishing the whole workout in one go. So proud of myself for coming this far, did lost motivation these past few days and didn't do it but still did set1,something is better than nothing. Will continue this for another month. I know I haven't been consistent at all this month, thought about quiting this but I'll try to be consistent from today like I was previous month I'll do it everyday till I finish this month, will definitely see this through. Day36-Done✅ Day37-Done✅After doing this for almost a month and a half the exercises have gotten so much easier, my form and balance has improved a lot, even the amount of sweat has increased too and I'm kinda enjoying doing this. I guess my slump is finally over, I'll definitely finish this!! Day38-Done✅ Day39-Done✅ My leg are hurting a lot don't think I can do this today but will do a low impact cardio (I thought my legs will be okay but they still aren't so didn't do it for 2 days) ❌ I'm going to stop doing this now. It's getting a bit tedious and not fun. I'll come back to it when I feel like it Final weight- 59kg 4 kgs is not bad for 2 months enjoyed doing it. Next time I'll do a particular exercise for just a month and not 2 months. 1 month keeps me motivated

i haven’t worked out in about 3 years. i was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high heart rate a few months ago. i just tried this workout and could only get halfway through. still very proud of myself. i’m currently 235. gonna update in a week! hoping i gain tolerance and maybe lose a few pounds in one week.

I’ve been struggling with my weight for years and I never thought I would lose this much using your routines. When I started this video I was at 170lbs. I did this video (along with your ab workout and burn back fat video so that’s 3 videos) everyday since April first and as of today May 21st I lost 30lbs and I now weigh 140lbs. To anyone who struggles with their weight you can reach your weight loss goal with a good diet and exercise!

I saw results really quick too and I was like wow. I thought when I started my journey that I had to get a gym membership but when the quarantine started I do the workouts in my spare room and realized you don't need to go to the gym to reach your weight loss goals!

@@littleamig0 Yeah I changed my diet completely. I used to eat junk food like a staple every day and I cut that out. I saw major changes within the first month I lost 10lbs. I ate very limited carbs and I opted for low sugar foods (my limit was no more than 7g of sugar). Stopped eating fast food especially fried food and cooked at home. Mostly lean meat like chicken breast and vegetables for lunch and dinner or make healthy wraps and other healthy meal prep recipes. I also did intermittent fasting that helped a lot as well. Lessen your portions and eat mostly whole foods. Eat in a calorie deficit. I ate a cheat meal or indulgence every week but even that I watched as well and made sure it fit within my daily calorie intake.

@@ashleycontreras4557 Same, my parents have a restaurant and always bring me pastries, it's hard, but you could always eat less than what you normally eat (for example if you eat 5 slices of pizza, try to eat like 3 slices) and cut soda, sweet things and drink a lot of water

If there is anyone doing this in 2022, congrats! first of all. And second, I know that this is hard and what I would recommend is splitting up the sets 2 by 2 and doing a simple workout in the middle. It helped me a lot, and helped me see results faster! would 100% recommenced to anyone doing this. Remember to stay hydrated and remember you didn't gain it in a day and you wont lose it all in a day, progress and practice makes perfect!

Time for a new challenge. My goal is to do (almost) all Chloe's challenges from her website. So far I did: 1. 8 week shred challenge but it took me 9 weeks lol (63 days, -4,5 kg) 2. 2019 flat belly challenge (30 days, -2,3 kg) 3. Lean thigh challenge (should be 30 days but it took me 35 days, -1,9 kg) So these are my measurements at day 1 --> day 35 Weight: 66,1 kg --> 63,2 kg (-2,9 kg) Bust: 98,5 cm --> 97 cm (-1,5 cm) Waist: 79 cm --> 78 cm (-1 cm) Stomach: 91 cm --> 89 cm (-2cm) Hips: 97 cm --> 96 cm (-1 cm) Mar 5th (Day 1): I mostly did high (normal? :D) impact exercises with some exceptions. Some exercises needed balance so it was harder for me + i did normal burpees instead of shuffle burpees - I don't have that much space in my room. But still there was some sweat :D During abs workout I was slacking of a bit though lol Mar 6th (Day 2): Today it was only one 10 minutes video, overall it wasn't bad but my arms are so weak rn, i can't do side planks for even 20 seconds lol, also I hate groiners so much lol Mar 7th-Mar 11th (Rest days): I got sick sadly so I didn't work out Mar 12th (Day 3): I finally feel better. I thought about starting the challenge again but I am too lazy so I'm just going to continue where I left off Mar 13th (Day 4): Done, only one video lol Mar 14th (Day 5): Done! I started this training three weeks ago. Comparing the pictures from the beginning with the ones from today, I can say that I see a big difference! My waist is thinner and my thighs are smaller. I didn't take my measurements because my goal was not to lose weight, and my weight hasn't changed. I really recommend this workout for anyone who wants to have a slimmer body. Don't give up!

Her workouts --- they work! I tried to lose weight by myself in 2021 and lost 25 lbs in 4 months, pretty much eating whatever and doing her workouts. When I stopped doing her workouts and worked with a professional dietician and a fitness trainer, I gained 10 lbs back! Happy to say I'm going back to her workouts!

Wish me luck! 🍀 📍 Age: 18 Location: Germany Height: 161 cm/ 5'3 Weight: 57 kg/ 126 lbs 📍 Day 1: ✔ (35 min) I'm done and sweating like hell. It's a lot more intense then I expected it to be.. After like 50% of the Full Body Workout I switched a few times to low intense exercises and I also had to take longer breaks up to a minute. I struggled a lot in the second workout as well but now I've done it and I'm feeling really exhausted but great. I hope to keep it up! 📍 Day 2: ✔ (10 min) Today was the first exam of my A levels, so I felt kind of exhausted today. Anyway I've completed the 10 min Abs Workout and I absolutely love it! (Btw. thank you so much for your support! It means a lot to me and keeps me really motivated!! ♡) 📍 Day 3: ✔ (35 min) It was really hard for me today because I ate a lot and felt kind of nauseous so I had to pause the workouts a few times and also take slightly longer breaks. But with all of this little adjustments the workouts were great and I am really proud of myself :D 📍 Day 4: ✔ (Restday) Enjoyed my Rest Day! I had friends from Czech here today, so anyway I wasn't really able to workout and I also had to learn for my second exam tomorrow. 📍 Day 5: ✔ (45 min) I was really exhausted after my math exam today, but I don't wanted to give up that quickly so I ignored everything and just did the full workout. It is still really hard for me and as always I had to take longer breaks. Don't be scared of my slow result, this is because of my asthma. It will get easier for you much faster than for me, don't worry. Just don't give up! 📍 Day 6: ✔ (30 min) Guys, my Abs are so sore! I really love this 10 Minuten Workouts, even though the last few exercises were really hard and so I rested longer. Looking forward to my first week results! 📍 Day 7: ✔ (Restday) The weather is really bad, so I've spent the day usually in my bed. Resting today for more energy in tomorrow's workout ;D I'm also trying to improve my flexibility so I've done a little bit of Yoga and also streching! 📍 Day 8: ✔ (45 min) After a week I'm really starting to see first results. My belly isn't as much bloated as it was before. I guess I'm getting more defined. I can see some baby Abs but still I have to lose a lot more fat. The workout today was the best one so far. I didn't have to pause that long and felt amazing afterwards. 📍 Day 9: ✔ (35 min) I ate a lot of sweets today because I am really nervous (tomorrow is my third exam). Anyway I did the workouts and I have to say that I absolutely love the lower Abs workout. The HIIT Workout is great too. I only had to take a few longer breaks. Go for it guys! 📍 Day 10: ✔ (Restday) I was really tired after my exam and enjoyed my Restday with a lot of sweets. Going back to a healthier lifestyle tomorrow! 📍 Day 11: ✔ (35 min) So done! I have to admit that this workout was my favourite so far. Even though I take slightly longer breaks I was able to do it in a good form! I'm so proud of myself. I ate healthier then yesterday but still I have to focus more on a better eating habit. Trying it tomorrow! 📍 Day 12: ❌ I felt so sick today. I stayed the whole day in bed and had absolutely no motivation to do anything. So I give it a rest today and hope that I will feel better tomorrow! 📍 Day 13: ✔ (35 min) I still felt kind of sick, but after I went for a 20 minutes walk it was better so I did the workout. I have to say that I was really proud of myself for doing and also completing the workout. Anyway I am going try to find out why I'm feeling bad lately and hopefully I can fix it till monday. 📍 Day 14: ✔ (Restday) I felt better today even though I don't know why. The sun is shining and I went for a walk. By the way we are now 2 weeks in, only 3 left!! 📍 Day 15: ✔ (50 min) The Booty & Leg Workout was harder then expected. Especially thhe first set, the other ones were quite fun. But anyway my muscels were really tired and the HIIT Workout was harder then usually becuase of it. So I had to take a lot more breaks. The two abs Workouts afterwards were easier and a good change. 📍 Day 16: ✔ (45 min) It was really refreshing to do the Full Body Fat Burn Workout again! I feel stronger and had even more fun doing it. And I still really like the 11 Abs and the Upper Body Burn Workouts, so I had a lot of fun while exercising! 📍 Day 17: ✔ (40 min) By now I truly love the Booty & Leg Workout. I had so much fun with it what really surprised me because the first time I did the Workout it was my least favourite. As always was the HIIT Workout afterwards harder and I took longer breaks, but I have to say that I´m feeling kind of stornger while doing the exercises. 📍 Day 18: ✔ (Restday) I met with friends today and we enjoyed the day together. I`m getting more nervous because of my fourth exam in only four days.. So happy when it´s all over! 📍 Day 19: ✔ (50 min) It was tough today but I have to say that I love ending with a longer workout. i donßt know why but I´m less motivated in the end when I have a 10 min workout left. I guess when I already started a workout it is much more easier to complete it and to stay motivated till the end. Btw. congratulation guys we are more then halfway through it!! 📍 Day 20: ✔ (45 min) It was a good day so far. I felt more awake throughout the day and fortunately in the workout as well. But still it is really hard and I sometimes switch to low intense exercises. My endurance is still bad. Hope that this will change in the next 2/3 weeks. 📍 Day 21: ✔ (Restday) Felt really tired today so I am more than grateful for this restday. Spent it with watching a new series on Netflix called "I hear you". I´m absolutely in love with this one!!! 📍 Day 22: ❌ I was really stressed today. Tomorrow is my second last exam and it is a oral one so I am really scared. i spent the day with learning and was just not able to workout. 📍 Day 23: ❌ Today was the exam. I was so freaking out, that I hardly couldn´t go. Anyways it was fine I guess. After I started talking I felt kind of comfortable. Still I didn´t workout today because I felt so tired and weak after I was back home, so I decided to give me a rest after all my nervousness. 📍 Day 24: ✔ (40 min) I thought the whole day that I failed the challenge because I was really unmotivated to do the exercises + I felt bad for the days I skipped and I´m a person that need to feel good to be motivated. I don´t know why but in the evening I just changed in my sportwear and forced myself to start even if it were only for a few minutes. And somehow I completed the whole thing. Kind of proud now! 📍 Day 25: ✔ (10 min) Actually I thought I was going to do one of the skipped days but the time passed so quickly and in the evening was a finale of a famous german show so I just did the day 10 mins workout while watching the finale. 📍 Day 26:

So I was actually doing the 2019 summer shred challenge in 2020 during quarantine. This was the first video I did, and when I first did it, I was DYING!!! By the end of it, I was able to make it through. I am the laziest person ever but Chloe actually got me up off my feet. My transformation is amazing, and its only the beginning, I am now doing the 2020 summer shred challenge. I've honestly tried everything. Going to the gym, doing keto, vegan diets, but doing Chloe's plan consistently was the ONLY time I ever saw results and I am so motivated. I've gotten so much stronger, and I feel so much happier. Thank you Chloe!!!

@@Cam-ib5br I definitely recommend this! I actually started to see my own progress the first two weeks, but as they say you always see your own progress first. I would frequently inspect my body and measure myself every two weeks, and I would lose about 2 inches. It wasn't until the end of the workout I saw how different my body looked. My stomach was covered in stretch marks because I lost so much weight but it was worth it. It takes like a full month to really see the difference

starting this challenge with my daughter today. MEASUREMENTS: me: weight 47.5kg, waist 27" daughter: weight 52.1kg, waist 28.25" diet: whole foods, reduced carbs (but not no-carb) will be updating measurements every 1 week! LET'S GO! 💪🏻 AFTER WEEK 1: me: weight -0.2kg, waist -0.5” daughter: weight -0kg, waist -0.25”, hips -0.5” my daughter is shocked because lower belly fat is the hardest to lose! though our weights didn’t change much, we have flatter tummies and some slight definition. so weight is not our 1st priority :) AFTER WEEK 2: me: no change at all :( daughter: waist +0.5”, hips no change (she’s probably bloated because it’s shark week soon) sadly we didn’t see results this week. but let’s press on! AFTER WEEK 3: me: weight & waist no change, hips -1” daughter: weight -0.5kg, waist -0.5”, hips +0.25” arms and tummy had more definition!

Some tips from my mom that helped me (was pro athlete and excrsises for years) When you do squats- inhale as you go down and exhale when you go up. How to engage core (imagine that you have to pee and bring your bellybutton closer to your spine.) Russian twists and tabletoe touch- have your fingers straigt - dont let them go to the sides. Squats again - dont go too low (max 90° angle) have your toes point straight, not to the side. Skater hop - To make it more engaging - have your oppostite hand almost touch the ground I am at day 23 on this wkout and I feel great. I have toned legs and I am feeling stronger. I will keep going to loose that extra weight that i got. Enjoy your workouts 🌸🎉

just a little reminder: at a healthy rate, you should be losing 1-2 pounds per week, also you will first lose weight around your organs, so it might not be as noticeable at the start. Just don’t be surprised if you don’t lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks, cause that’s not healthy, but remember the pace of your weight loss all varies from person to person

📍Age: 19 📍Location: United States 📍Weight: 206lbs 📍Day 1 : I usually only weight lift, but I've been wanted to loose a few pounds and this workout was killer! I felt like dying after round 2 but I kept going. Even right now typing this my hands feel a little shaky!! haha But I really enjoyed this I hope to get in better condition for anything cardio and I think it'll help me with weightlifting a lot! 📍Day 2: Alright this one was tough!!it made me realize that I don't really work my abs during workouts as much as I should! After the third exercise I could already feel my abs burning! I'll be sure to come back to the ab video after this challenge because it shows I don't really know how to workout my abs 😂🤣 Aside from that I feel a little sore from my legs and butt from yesterdays workout! Who else loves that sore feeling? I know I do!! 📍Day 3: Im really feeling the burn, all day even when I'd sneeze my abs were burning from how sore I was from yesterdays workout! Even though it was a short one doing that one was killer! Todays workout I feel like Ive gotten better already, Im still sweating like a pig but it proves to me that im putting in work to get better. Today though I paused a bit more and switched to a few of the low impact workouts which I hate doing because I feel like im giving up on myself :( I hope after the rest day I push harder and finish through!! 📍Day 4: Today i took the rest day bc I honestly feel like I need it! My lower abs and obliques are really sore and my upper butt is sore as well! After this rest day I want to push harder!!

Hi! I have officially ended the 35 day summer shred challenge yesterday & I'm here to simply share my results in hopes of encouraging anyone of you out there :-) I'm not one to make videos about myself so here's my before/after results in words! Before the challenge: Weight: 64.5kg (or 142 pounds) Waist: 30 inches (or 76cm) Thighs: 21 inches (or 53cm) After the challenge: Weight: 62.9kg (or 138 pounds) Waist: 27.5 inches (69cm) Thighs: 18.5 inches (or 46cm) I didn't change my diet at all but here's what I usually eat every day: - No breakfast, just coffee with sugar and milk - Lunch & dinner: Carbs (usually quite a bit), meat (chicken, beef or pork), and a vegetable + fruits for snacks This challenge was definitely difficult. Despite having done these videos for 35 days, they are still tough, until the very end. Of course, I felt myself getting stronger and better able to do each exercise :-) I lost close to 2kg (or 4 pounds), 2.5 inches on my waist & another 2.5 inches on my thighs and I'm extremely happy with the way my body is transforming (I see abs forming!!). So thank you, Chloe Ting. And you, for reading! I will be posting this same comment on every one of the videos in the summer shred challenge so that no matter which day or video you are on during this challenge, you'd be able to gain some motivation and press on!

She really had the 1 minute high knees in set 4 like I wouldn't notice it wasn't just 30 seconds.

I started set 4, and 15 seconds in I was like "wait did she just say ONE MINUTE?!"

Lol I only realised that it was a very long thirty seconds only to find out it was one minute I thought I was just badly out of shape 😬😬😅😅😅

Chole dear it's been 5 days doing this exercise and eating healthy and I have lost 3 kg so far so I'm very thankful for sharing this helpful exercise with us 🙏❤️ sending u love from Ethiopia And I will update next week again how it's going! Well it's day 12 and lost 6kg

@@seb954 yes I keep eating healthy I have lost 6 kg in 12 days and also keep doing the exercise hopefully I will achieve my goal this time😊I wanna be 50kg so still have 10 kg to lose
