Sweaty and intense plyometric, isometric lower body workout at home under 30 minutes. In this video you will work your entire legs, including quads, glutes and calves. Not only you'll fire up your your muscles but you will also learn to control your balance during this workout. We have 5 min Abs & Core Blaster in the end of the video. This is supersets training, we have 2 exercises performed consecutively with little to no rest. Perform each movement with control and focus on having your mind inside your muscles. Also pause when you need to. Make this workout your own workout.
