Hi coach ali lam new to your channel can l ask you if l want to do 3 days per week full body and two days cardio is effective? Because if l do split workout l think became more muscular l like lean body.

@mariakermali6627 thanks for the question. There is no circumstance where full body workouts and pure cardio days do better for aesthetic appearance than training split days. Bikini competitors are normally around 110lbs and step on stage lean, hard and conditioned. They split their workouts and do their cardio at the end of their weight workout just like a bodybuilder. The difference is that a bikini model will spend more time doing "light" cardio at the end of their weights training to burn more calories and fat and stay more slender. The other matter is about food marco management. Getting more "muscular" involves feeding your muscles so don't be confused here. Split workouts, followed by light cardio followed by calorie/macro controlled meal is what will give you a lean athletic look. On the other hand full body workouts every other day is neither targeted enough nor does it allow those muscles enough recover time. Then to make matters worse, a pure cardio day will have you spending almost all of your time burning glucose (derived from foods you've eaten) so to be frank with you, it is the least effective way, when it comes to aesthetics and physique management. If other trainers are suggesting training full body and splitting weights and cardio days, then I can tell you with certainly two things about that trainer. One, they have never been a champion in aesthetics and they are more likely just "influencers". Two they don't have enough experience or enough skin in the game when it comes to changing client bodies. With relevant experience and expertise trainers often learn that transforming bodies require focused split training and calories/macro controlled diet. Add your "mild" cardio in either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or straight after weight when your body is low in glucose. This will promote your body to use fat for energy. I hope this advice helps :)

Instarted with a lot of joy. Made good progress. Than from number 16 i had had a message that i needed a subscription. Not just be subscribed to your channel but a separate subscription that you have to pay for. What a shame and a very big dissapointment. To bad @coach Ali. It started good but ended in a anti-climax.

You realise 1600 free workouts on this channel is more free workouts than any other channel on YT right? Not even Les Mills & Peleton have produced this many free workouts. You would have noticed I use mainstream music so no opportunity to monetize and recover costs at all. I'm not sure how much charity work you've done @ferry5454 but I've put over 7000 hours into producing free workouts for you all. My only opportunity to recover a small part of my costs so I can continue to give you guys more is through members support which is a cost of $3 per month to you guys. Most are grateful but TBH The ungrateful freeloader comments are also an anti-climax.

Thanks for explaining. I fully understand and even agree with your explaination, but if there was an exclaimer in the beginning i would have not been surprised. It is not a huge amount you are asking if you compair it to other youtubers. You are correct about that. Thanks for all your effort.
