Please always state the dumbbells weight in the description

Generally the trainers will mention the weight they're using in the beginning of the workout, but what they use may not necessarily be right for you. The last 2 reps (or last 10 seconds) of each exercise should feel especially challenging, but the overall routine should be doable while maintaining good form. So you should choose the weight based on that criteria. You can always increase or decrease weight depending on where you're at in your fitness journey. Thanks for working out with us!

Alexa is using 8lb weights, but that may not necessarily be right for you. The last 2 reps (or last 10 seconds) of each exercise should feel especially challenging, but the overall routine should be doable while maintaining good form.
