I’m not sure if she explained how often to do these workouts but make sure you don’t do this 30day challenge every day. Have REST DAYS PLEASE! otherwise you will overtrain and cause injuries. The body needs at least 2 days a week to fully recover. Especially if you are new to working out, be very careful to take rest days. But I’m guessing she would explain this 😊
