I love this! During the Seal I felt so strong in my upper back and was able to really "stand" on it while I clapped my feet. Thank you!

Yes please!! I do not have a reformer at home! But i do have ankle weights and 1,5 kgs dumbbells

I create a new 30 min mat class every single week for my OPC members. I'd skip the ankle weights unless you know you don't hyper extend your knees. And for Pilates you always want to keep it to 1 or 2lb tops. A little goes a long way
