I've been moving with Nicole a few months now every morning and I'm now now in really great shape. How do you stay motivated? That's been the hardest for me. My body is changing with these workouts but can't seem to get going most days. I miss my workout ethic in my younger years.😢

A lot of it is in the mind I find, the little voice telling me that I don't have to workout today, today I'm tired, running late etc etc, there's always an excuse. I try not to listen and push ahead anyway and I find that the days that I start with one of Nicole's workouts are always good days, the rest goes well too. It's about the only thing that I really do for myself, so I try not to short change myself :} BTW I'm 58 and probably in the best shape I've ever been. So don't let your mind give you the age excuse either!@@melissabryan3043

​@@melissabryan3043well I would start by stop feeling bad about missing workouts. Everyone misses once in a while. Motivation is fleeting. What you need is loving discipline. It looks like simply reminding youself of your whys and just doing it. Over the last year, i have missed days and some weeks even three days in row. The only thing that matters in getting back on

I've been doing your work outs now for several months and I feel a transformation that's palpable from this more than anything else I've tried before. I have hips that aren't level, shoulder and knee problems but they are getting better and better! I used to think I have to live with all these painful problems, after all they've been with me for half my life, but I feel more hopeful than I've ever felt before. Thank you sooo much Nicole!

Hello nicole, i just wanted to tell you that i really appreciate these workout videos you make for us. As a 15 year old who wasnt confident on my body image, i decided to stay consistent with your workout. I've always been the skinny fat type and my stomach fat would always ruin my image on dresses my id realy feel down and low but after staying consistent with your workoits throughout my summer holidays, ive been noticing a lot of changes. First, my stomach is almist flat and ive even noticed some abs forming which im super hyped for and second, i feel myself growing stronger both physically and mentally. I never couldve first achieved a full plank position but now i enjoy them. In my journal,i have a page where i writw about what makes me happy and ive written 'move with nicole workouts ' becausr it genuinly makes me at ease. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. Youve made an amazing impact on my life and im truly grateful. This channel will always have a special place in my heart ❤.

You're doing amazing things for yourself. If I could have gone back in time and learned Pilates in my early teens my mental health would have been greatly improved I know that for a fact. Leave it to Nicole and her team. I can absolutely 100% count on every single one of her workouts to SAFELY deliver and make my body and mind feel amazing after. Whether it's a half hour, 45 minute, or 1 hour, they literally offer a well-rounded, safe journey that is modifiable. I never feel like if I follow her steps I might get hurt. They're incredibly well thought out and very unique. Thank you❤

I NEVER in my life thought I could like Pilates. Not ever. I was a gymnast growing up, and then I fell in love with weights. When my knees started to hurt and I needed to stop weights, I was SO SAD. I started Pilates against my will!! But I love it now because of Move With Nicole. Thank you Nicole!!

I started doing your workouts consistently about 2 weeks ago and I love it! They are "just enough". I don't feel stressed or worry about injury. I am going to stick with it

I'm experiencing symptoms of burnout, and on some days life feels such a waste of time since I can't really get myself to do anything productive. My whole body is just feeling like it's telling me to stop. Even in the middle of this workout I had to take a moment to just space out to gain some motivation. The last child's pose hit different when Nicole said "your well-deserved child's pose". I almost started crying. The feeling of achieving something, even if this was just for me, felt so nice. The weather is getting cold and I'm spending my days mostly studying or being at work so I wanted to do a more longer workout. The dumbbells were a nice adding😄 I feel like I always comment this same thing, but I am so so SO grateful of you, Nicole!❤ I hope you'll have the most beautiful day!

I do traditional strength training for my glutes 3 times a week so I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how that glute series so so hecking hard!! Thank you Nicole! Please continue to challenge us with long and difficult workouts like this one!

Hi Nicole, about over a month ago, I sustained a minor injury to my left knee. I overworked it. While recovering, I decided to lay off Zumba and heavy weight lifting and did more Pilates and yoga. I got a great workout through your pilates videos without having to impact or put a lot of strain to my knee. I also discovered that actually, the pilates, especially the sideline series workouts, were great for my left knee, restoring alignment, strength, and range of motion to that knee. In the beginning of my recovery, I had to modify a lot to for the left knee, now, I don't have to modify so much. Thank you for being a part of my journey of recovery and physical therapy.❤

such a nice burn, especially for my arms and thighs. I started with 2kg weights and had to switch and even do some exercises without anything and I admit I was not expecting this workout to hurt this much haha Love your videos and I do them pretty much everyday. Hope you post more long workouts like this

My friend and I do your workouts together twice a week and love them, each time there is a slightly different move or combo. Keeping us in our 60s still moving and hopefully healthy!

whoo i've been switching from doing hypertrophy training to more dynamic movements and alternating between your workouts and fitbymik dumbell sculpt. this is the first of yours ive tried weights and tell my why this had me sweating the most out of all my workouts ever ??? while i know whats 'optimal' for muscle building im finding enjoyment + conistency >>> optimiation. no point pushing myself if im bored, tired, and dreading my workout! youre a life saver and my core is insaneee i didnt expect myself to complete nearly all the movements (turns out my glutes are weaker than i thought so i kept going til failure) i was surprised with how much 1kg can kill you. i also struggle to do longer workouts but somehow your 40+ min videos keep me engaged! love it

I'm really glad you're back with the new trainings! I hope for more because the "newer" versions are better, more aesthetic and I have a more motivation! Back to point my message - thanks to you I started the regular activity and it's one month ago when I do a pilates every day. Always I have a problem with motivation, now I am addicted from the sport!

Happy automn Nicol, with dynamic programs to bring us back in shape after summer holidays!! I try to attend almost all of the classes, despite being 43years old..Please add some exercises for leaner, feminine arms & shoulders. Thank you for being a wonderful instructor with positive, kind energy!!😊😊

Hi Nicole, i hope you are doing great 😊 just quickly wanted to thank you, I started Pilates with you back in the days when you dropped your very first videos (with my dad in our living room 😅 he likes you sm and he doesn’t like anybody I am telling you 😂) and I‘ve loved your workouts from the very beginning. I don’t know how I found you but I know it was meant to be hahahaha 😄 Mostly I love that you are so down to earth and just SO good in what you do 🥺 I finished my pilates education this year and am now I certified Pilates Teacher and it all started with one of your workouts 🥰 wishing you all the best and sending you love! Amazing workout!! I found your channel about a year ago and have been doing all of your workouts over time since then. As of now I have done all of them!!!! These workouts are a great way to stay in shape and help me with other exercises like dancing and hiking. Thank you for creating such an accessible way to take up and maintain a pilates practice. Pilates 4 life!!!

that was such an amazing workout. I was feeling a little sore and tired before I did it but now I feel brand new! Nichole is such a great instructure and she always cheers me up. Everytime I do her workouts I can feel my body getting stronger and more flexible. Thank you so much Nichole! I wish you the best of lucks 💝

OMG why does this exercise look so easy???? 15:29 When I tried it omg I felt like if my knees were going to break hahahaha I confess I didn't finish that one. I've been doing your routines for a while and I love them!!! It's the first 40 minutes video I do and I finished! :) thank you for making me stronger everyday. We couldn't do it without you ❤

LOVED THIS CLASS!! Once again another GREAT "Power" Pilates with weights workout video!!! Please keep doing these type of workout videos whether it be pilates or yoga with weights. I feel I get a more intense workout when weights are incorporated in my yoga practice or my pilates workout.
