Welcome to your 30 min morning yoga routine to wake up and feel your best. This beginner friendly practice is a slow and steady full body routine to help you wake up and get ready for the day.
This practice offers a gentle series of postures that are great for people who need a bit more time in the morning to get moving. It is intended to help ease you into the day and release any tension and tiredness.

Yes! Great for Sunday morning practice. I love a morning yoga session but my body always wants to act like it has never done yoga before if I start early 😂 this is lovely to get loosened up and ready for the day!

Gentle class for a rest morning before the gym later. I liked the soothing sound of the waves in the background. I don’t think it could actually be heard so far up the beach so I appreciate the editing work. Love the people on horseback too, such an idyllic scene.

This was the perfect flow and level of exertion I needed! I’m relatively new to yoga and use it along with weightlifting for my running and cycling goals. This is going to be one of my go-to yoga workouts when I need a confidence reminder of my fitness abilities when I’m feeling down or struggling. Thank you so much!

A lovely gentle class. Not what I felt I needed ( but that's my fault for not reading details), but actually really soothing and good for me to go slower, and the sound of the crashing waves was so beautiful... thankyou as always!! And one to come back to for first thing in the morning for sure

Your timing is perfect as usual. My menopausal body was needing this practice at this exact time. My son had his tonsils and adenoids out and these past few days I’ve been either sitting in a hospital chair or running around at home making sure he’s supplied with Tylenol and popsicles. My joints and muscles felt stiff and i was debating whether or not to come to my mat today. I’m so glad I did. I feel so much better now. Even the ocean waves were telling me it was ok to breathe deeply today…blissful.

Thankyou, Charlie! This was perfect. I enjoyed the pace and the little balancing challenge too. I admit that I couldn't have held any lunge poses a few weeks ago, as I lacked the strength, but with a few weeks of yoga plus strength workouts on the mat, I'm now ok with them. Your facilitation style is so calm and encouraging ❤🙏❤️

Hey Charlie! I love your videos! I have a question; I have very weak wrists, and find movements like the tabletop to figure 8 painful, is there an alternative you’d recommend for this? 😁

Hey you could try rolling out your wrists in a seated position as bearing weight on them may make the figure eight movement difficult but rolling them out in a seated position does the same job without bearing any weight. I hope this helps.

Hi Charlie! The sport that I do is very taxing on the joints, I would love a flow that touches on wrist & ankles and shoulder & hips mobility with some side bends and twists!!

Can I lose weight without any other form of exercise and just follow your style of yoga ?

Of course you can! Losing weight is more about nutrition, so you need to be in a calorie deficit. But adding yoga and maybe some walking will definitely help you get to your goal, it's about being consistent. Hope this helps 🙏

I totally agree ​with @@SLocky82. I asked the same question a while back. Exercise contributes to calorie deficit and I discovered that gentle stretching didn't burn enough calories, as the heart rate also needs to get up. Brisk walking helped. I now do other simple workouts on the mat in alternating days, but a more vigorous yoga flow gets the heart rate up too! I highly recommend a calorie and meal diary app for anyone who is starting out. It helped me see approximately how many calories I was consuming as well as how much I was expending through daily exercise logs. I learned that I had to consume more nutrition to keep my body fuelled and healthy. I only needed it for a few weeks until I got the gist of it. Good luck, and in any case, yoga is wonderful on so many levels 🙏
