Reducing tightness and muscle tension in the hips and lower back with the aid of props in this 30 minute restorative yoga practice.
The props will help support the body, allowing you to relax deeply into each of the passive held postures as we work on healing lower back pain and tight hips.
Props will be required, grab yourself a bolster, couple of blocks and some folded blankets. If you don’t have some of these don’t worry you can substitute with pillows, cushions and towels.
