Now THIS one is my favorite! No lunges - I'm sweaty and feel all noodly armed and legged - Perfect workout! Thanks for this one Tom - I will be returning for this one often! Noelle

STILL LOVE this one! I am back on track with the Advent calendar. I got all of last week done but had to jumble them out of the order you had. Glad to be back on track this week! THANK YOU for the work out advent calendar! Will it stay up into the new year? I think I'd like to go through the barbell one next? No worries if not - I am also super excited to get to all the other new stuff you have put out this month! You just might wear me out! Noelle

Great, have a go at my Dumbbell LIFT series if you fancy a challenge. 30x 30min Dumbbell workouts over 6 weeks. Can be done at a slower pace also

This was just the session I needed before bedtime! I went with two dumbbells of varying weight and switched it up to keep the intensity and challenge going throughout, opting with the heavier 50 lb. one for bent over rows, goblet squats and sumo deadlifts and a 25 lb. one for the rest! Solid and efficient overall.

Very cool and manageable at age 57. Like the power lifts at the beginning of each complex. Will do this again and check out your other workouts since I’m a subscriber now. Fargo, North Dakota, USA

Thank you for another grand workout. I noted you got some new tunes, very cool! Single DB had me going strong, the full way through, switched it up however was very close to using one weight throughout. Appreciate your work as always

Well done for noticing, yes first video with the new tunes. Had a bit of a copyright headache as expect but all sorted now I think so will continue with the new track selection 👌🏼💪🏼
