Curious, do you use pre workout before each training?

Hey Michele. No, I never use a pre workout, simply because I don’t like the way most of them make me feel, especially afterwards. Instead I usually just have something like a banana or a peanut butter sandwich 🥪 😄, sometimes some coffee too! Maybe a few pieces of candy if I feel like it! That’s about it though!
