Hey so yes I’ll be posting my upper, lower body and ab routine too. That def helped me tone up plus for cardio i just walk 7-10k steps

Hey so you can try using any filled water bottles at home to start with or you can even get dumbbells from amazon not too many just 1-2 have mentioned the links for those in the description too! 🙌
