I just found your channel and I loved it, new subscriber! Please more routines with resistance bands if we do not have a reformer at home, also a trampoline, foam Roller and skateboard. Thank you!

Great to hear! Glad you found my channel, I was out for a bit but back at it posting videos each week. Stay tuned and there will be a good amount of mat workouts, I'll keep in mind to throw up a trampoline one too soon! ;)
