A good stability ball workout is ALWAYS welcome ❤😊🙌 I loved the sequencing and your detailed cueing, though as a seasoned pilates student the timing was a bit too slow for me 🤍⏩️ Thank you for everything you teach 🙏
@gerganagrall58862 ай бұрын
Hi. The exercises are good , routine basic. But please can you talk less. People look at you, and if you just say few words even none that will enough. You fall in the trap to cover your nervousness by talking, repeatin......cuing too much. People can see you lifting and lowering your legs etc. No need to descriibe what you r doing. A calm, pleasant music onthe back ground will do better

Is there a Trick that The Band doesn‘t Roll up?
@GoneAdventuring9 ай бұрын
Hey, there is really special trick. some rolling or movement of the band is natural during certain exercises. Adjusting your technique and experimenting with different bands can help find the best solution

You are sweet, you move well and I love your energy. But this is not really classical Pilates. It is very clear that your training is rooted in contemporary Pilates and there is nothing wrong with that. It is just a little misleading and odd to google “classical Pilates reformer series” and what comes up is a contemporary teacher on a contemporary reformer doing contemporary Pilates exercises with a few classical inspired exercises. Classical means created and documented and taught by Joseph Pilates and the Pilates elders.
