Meri wt 65 kg thi. bohut try ke baad 56 hua hei. lekin last 6 months se wo stuck ho gaya hei. kabhi 1 kg borhta hei aur kabhi kam. lekin mein 53 korna sahti hoon. please advice. age 47 ht 152 cm

सर मुझे पेट की चरबी कम करके पुरा पेट फ्लॅट करना है. क्या 30 दिन मे ये पॉसिबल है. मुझे 35 से 32 इंच करना है.

Hello brother i am from Nepal and following your videos since one and half month and in between i loose 6kg weight. Thanks for motivating me . But i have one query. What is best time for Cardio? I do cardio at evening at 10pm or 11pm since i come home late and 7am in morning 2times a day. Is it good to do cardio at night. Is it good to do 2time cardio a day? Pls suggest me

Hello sir. You can do cardio twice a day. Intense cardio before bedtime may interfere with your sleep. 😴 But if you are not having any problem sleeping, then you can do your cardio at night. Morning cardio is alright. You can do workout anytime during the day. If doing after having your major meal, do it after 3-4 hours.
