Deepak bhai, ni hora yar mujhse..... Specially crunches ya jo stomach pe force krti aise exercises kisi wajah se stomach ke neeche pain hora hai, even agar mai low intensity ke saath kru to bhi, 90 kg weight body lift krne me dikkat deri hai, kya kru?? Obese hu mai, Kya krna chahiye??
