If it's too fast for you, try to pause and re-watch the part you didn't understand:) Remember to listen to your body while you practice. I really enjoy the sequence, but I found you hard to understand. you talked quite fast and gave a lot of information, which is great, but it was sometimes hard to distinguish what was important when I wasn't looking at the screen (when do you want to change the pose? what side am I supposed to use now? ) So i wasn't able to concentrate on my practice so much, because I was a bit busy looking at the screen to follow, what you were doing. Not saying this to dis you, but as feedback what would help me even more, because I really enjoy your style otherwise.
