I downloaded this video over 4 years ago and often revert to it for relaxation. I recently gained over 30kgs and resumed exercise but I was always sore and aching after workouts. I remembered this video and incorporated it at the beginning of every work out each morning. Though I always wobble and fall with the dancer's pose, I find everything else absolutely great! It gives me the stretch and prep I need before my workout and warms me up. What amazes me is how much I sweat without feeling Like I am really working out. Its very good for amateurs and I will always recommend it. As its said, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. So too does Impression. For all the years I have followed this routine, nothing about this video ever seemed unbecoming or sensual. I find the calm voice and focused model very professional and helpful. Its the viewer that's responsible for their thought pattern and if you can go to a public swimming pool or watch gynastics then nothing about her attire should raise eyebrows or ideas. But if your mind is already warped, you will indeed read into this routine according to how or what your more inclined to think of. Thank you very much for this video, its helped many of my friends and family.

I LOVE this routine!! I have always hated doing yoga, but for some reason this routine feels so dang good. And it's a subtle work out but I can tell changes in my body. And the model is huge motivation, her body, her face are gorgeous lol.

Great beginners routine. I am sore after doing a 30min no gear workout yesterday (pathetic, I know), and didn't want to take a break. This was perfect, and my muscles feel way better. I don't think this routine will do much if you want to tone up or lose weight, but it's great for de-stressing and stretching out sore muscles. I did it in the AM, but can definitely see how it would be great after a long day of work/ before bed.

A very good yoga workout video, I am a beginner, so for me it is really good that all the exercises are easy and accomplishable. I do feel less stressed and refreshed! The instructor is cool, the woman is amazingly flexible. Although I agree with others that a video is somehow creepy because of the close-ups on the woman.

Chad Hamrin started martial arts in 67' and that was his love until the early seventies when he started Yoga. From there on it was the two studies, Yoga being the more dominant. Iyengar was the main style and Kundalini and Ashtanga were of minor study/interest. Chad's study of bodywork came in the late seventies: polarity therapy, shiatsu, trigger point, Trager work, neuru muscular/deep tissue and much more. These have been his three points of interest ever since. His certifications include So Cal Yoga Association, BKS Iyengar, and Australian School of Yoga Certification.

After a workout, this video makes me feel great. It stretches every part of my body and helps me feel at ease and ready for my day. I don't agree with the comments about this video looking like soft porn, or creepy, or that there is anything slightly sexual about it. I am not the most flexible woman and my balance is horrible but after attempting this a few times, I find my flexibility and balance are both improving.

Just be consistent. I had issues with flexibility as well as balance and I find that the more I do this, the better these skills become. Don't give up. Good luck!

Keeping a concentrated focus on a single point is really important. Also finding where to tense your muscles (In your grounded foot for example) to keep the body in a tensed balance.

+GymRa I am sorry but its not sequential. My friend teaches Yoga but he has 3 sequance with Beginer, Intermediate & Advanced approach. 3 parts: 1) 10 mins running, Cycling or Joint's Circulation for warm up. 2) Yoga poses starting from top to down in a flow(2 reps of 15 mins). 3) Pranayam(Breathing for 5 mins. Yours is so scattered starting from ground, no flow or connection between poses. Disappointed.

Well, I am a beginner, as in; never done yoga before. I got to the "happy baby" thing and I had a choice, either find a yoga video that was for actual beginners, or continue with the video and call an ambulance.
