thank you! On reclined butterfly if using the block under your hips - should your pelvis be tilted forward or backward?

You’re welcome! Thank you for joining me. It will most likely be in a backwards tilt to create a slight back bend. If that’s not comfortable you can experiment with taking props out or adding some blankets or pillows underneath.
