Thank you for your video presentation. What modifications would you recommend for those for whom Pigeon/Swan pose is not available? Also, I have found that "hugging your shoulders" as an Eagle Arms modification is inadequate, not providing any meaningful stretch and at the same time, the ful expression of the Eagle Arms pose is not available either. What can you suggest?

Hi David, you could do reclined swan / reclined pigeon as an alternative. When hugging the shoulders in eagle arms, make sure to lift your elbows too to create more sensation, but if that doesn’t work you can do another pose that targets the upper back. Bow tie Pose targets the upper back and shoulders in a similar way. I hope that helps. Thank you for joining me for this class.
