30 minutes in an out - PERFECTION!!! so loving the 30 minute powerful workouts!! I dont see a need for longer ones when these 30 minutes are so effective!! Sweat is Dripping and catching my breathe at the end!! Happy Monday everyone!!

Love starting the week with strength and sweat 🎉. 30sec is tough mentally and it’s a quick transition so I just treat it like an intense amrap and bust through it all! It’s HUSTLE for a reason! 😂
