These all are Very Good exercises, It is Day 15 to me and I can feel changes in my body , feeling very comfortable myself

Any alternative for Pull Up Bar workout. As I don't have a Pull up bar at my place.

2 chair with the back facing each other, put a bar going across both chairs, sit underneath bar and lift yourself up of the ground using the bar like a pull up bar

why is there so much stretching? Static stretches likes this just make me want to have a nap, they don't get me pumped. The stretching should've been saved at the end for a cool-down
