Traveled a bunch and barley got 6 hours of sleep every day without squeezing in workouts for more than half of the month. It's been a lot getting myself up in the morning to get back into my routine but I CRUSHED IT!! 💪❤️🔥 But Sydney how I've missed you!! Can't wait to crush these last few weeks with you and Baby H!!! Stay cool and hydrated everyone - summer has begun!

No more coasting!! Definitely am going to prioritize sleep because showing up and appreciating the little things in life is so much easier! I actually got 8 hours of sleep last night and have been having TONS OF ENERGY and an amazing day even though nothing too special has happened!

What a great way to kick off JUNE!!! Midweek--Hump Day Beast Mode fully activated on this one!!! I can already see the growth in my upper body strength from the PUSH program and I'm looking forward to seeing how I increase this month! I was able to stay consistent with my 20's and 15's for all moves. My goal is to be able to push into my 25's for hammer curls and 20's for supinated curls. I feel great after this workout!! Healthy, Happy, and Strong!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💦💦💦🔥🔥🔥

I crushed it and actually used heavier weights that I normally do for certain moves! Sydney is such a great motivator. Hearing her say to go heavier and work till failure, really motivated me to use a heavy weight and stick with it

I crushed this workout! I’m going to get the calendar today so I can continue doing the workouts whenever Sydney goes on maternity leave. I have my follow up appointment with my podiatrist tomorrow to find out what the next steps are in my recovery from surgery on my right foot. I’ll let you know what I find out when we have are next workout. I hope everyone has a good day!
