What we ALL need! Start with some low impact cardio mobility, then move to mat mobility to lengthen, strengthen and ease tightness.

SO needed this one today. I wouldn’t normally choose a mobility workout but love that they are mixed into the calendar for the challenges because I definitely NEED them! 👏🏼👏🏼

This was a wonderful mobility workout. I am 63, and find my recovery time after weights & strength workouts is a bit longer than it used to be. This workout was perfect , and tomorrow I will be ready for my strength training again.

Currently doing physio for my hip flexors, and my physiotherapist has given me a lot of these moves to do, It was great to do them as a workout routine with Amy. I love strength workouts but my body needs these moves so I can continue with strength . Thankyou
