My dear KayKay I have a question, I want my glutes and legs to grow, but on your calendar they don't rest after leg day, and there is only one leg day. Everyone says that should train your glutes and legs 3 times a week. I want to know how you did it and what do you recommend?

Actually let me help you a bit. This is my schedule. I do abs in the morning Upper body in the afternoon Then lower body in the night, all this five days a week. I have never taken any supplements but trust for the past six months I've been on this channel my legs have changed a lot, plus my upper body. The two days are for resting and Saturday is the Sabbath so i don't do nun at all.. Hope this gives you some light.
