I just want to stop by and say this: 3 months ago I weighed 83kg, I discovered this video and that's when I fully commit to get me back in shape. With 30 min jogs and a major calorie deficit along with this, TODAY I weigh 72kg. My fight is not over, my goal is to eventually reach 64kg and slowly I'll get there. (I'll update) Just always stay consistent to your drive and your goal. Mentally prepare yourself to endure and persevere. You are your limit, never let yourself stop you from what you want to achieve. Don't forget to take breaks too (especially when your energy is low). But never ever give up. Brian, I thank you for this blessing of a video. Your work is powerful. Keep it going! Stay healthy y'all!

This is so good, I am addicted to it. I am an unfit, 55 year old woman with health issues. I can't do this entire routine so I am working hard to add a new part every night and to work on my form. I am using 2.5kg weights. It's tough, I get out of breath but I am determined. I love your routine and I get twitchy now if I can't do it (due to time constraints - I have 3 jobs as well so life is very full!). Thank you for your dedication and helpful videos.

Wow, brother, this workout rocks. This 71-year-old is curling 40-pound dumbbells but for your exercises, I am having to rest halfway using 10-pound dumbbells. It will be thrown into my exercise routine. Thank you.

I think last time I commented I was 310 down to 275, last weigh in I was 261. Hopefully I can check back in another three or four months and have another 10 lbs gone. And more important than the scale, I can see my body changing shape every week. I love your simple, easy movement with low impact on joints. They are perfect for me because of asthma and joint strain.

I'm doing your workout plus got on the carnivore diet (Doctor Ken Berry youtube). It's 6/18/24 and I've lost 45 lbs since Mar 15. I'm looking great and feeling awesome. My diabetes is about gone. My A1C came down to 6.2 from 8. My neuropathy in my feet has improved drastically. I'm hoping the neuropathy will completely heal but it takes time for nerve damage to heal. This workout is awesome for me.

First time I have done this one. A little bit more strenuous than the other 3 I have done but loved it and managed to do it without letting up. Finally got thru this entire video, not in one setting though. Had to break it down in half multiple times before I could get past the first half of the video. Honestly this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve started the workout (I fell off the other times) and each time I notice a difference almost straight away!! Which is shocking. My waist looks smaller and stomach flatter by the 3rd time of exercise and it only keeps getting better! I currently weigh 17st 7lbs….I work 6 till 6 shifts but never have the energy to get myself out to the gym……. I have dumbbells at home and have come across this workout……I have tried it out for 10 minutes and for me it’s a killer…..but I also know I need to walk before I can run…the sweat was pouring from me, I don’t know if my dumbbells are too heavy for me at the moment, my lack of fitness or both, either way I know when I can fit this routine when I finish work…. Im going to keep at it, today 10 min, next week 15/20… 1 month the whole routine?….. I’m determined, watch this space, great workout video,I’m now motivated and inspired, thank you

Day 2 completed 100% ✅ 30 min medium outdoor morning walk Waist: 40 inches 85kg Felt better working out today, body feeling a bit sore as I haven’t done any workout ever. Using 2kg dumbbells each to begin with. Healthy diet: chicken based meals

Day 3 rest 🤒 83.5 kg Waist 39.75 inch Same diet as usually continue with 30 outdoor walk. Starting to feel some muscles getting in shape. Can’t say too much as it’s just been 2 days since I started this workout challenge, but nevertheless let’s keep things consistent.

Day 4 completed 100% 84.5 kg Waist 40 Diet is as usually along with 30 minutes outdoor walk. Started enjoying the workout today as the first two days were all in pain.

Thanks a lot , doing this work out for last 3 months my lower tummy fat reduced but I have upper belly fat also pls share link so I can follow that also. I have a hanging belly after delivery of my son

Today was a little struggle to get going. I think it's time for a 6-week challenge to keep up my motivation. I increased my weights for this video, and I made it through without converting back to the lesser weights. Move purposefully today!
