I love these true mobility workouts! My heart rate still gets into the HIIT zone for 5-10 minutes during the workout, but I don’t feel like I’m pushing too hard. My physical therapist has encouraged me to go easier in my workouts, and it’s hard to do, but this kind of workout is the sweet spot for me. Thank you!

What I liked about this workout was that I was able to take it up a notch for a lot of the moves to keep my heartrate up more. Then it was nice to stretch out as well! 🤩

After getting stuck in traffic for over 6hrs today I definitely needed this! Very thankful for you Amy, just realized I've been with you for 8yrs!! You are still one of my favorites 🤩

I'm a bit sick and having a sore throat today. And I was in the middle between skipping a workout today and doing something intense trying to bit the illness. And then I found this - and it was just perfect. Thanks so much!!

Saved this one! This workout just saved my week. I painted for 9 hours the day before and knew I needed some recovery time.

WOW Amy! This workout felt SOOO AMAZING. I loved the flow and all the stretches were FANTASTIC. I could do this mobility all day LOL. My body feels GREAT. Thank-u!

I look forward to these every week, I have always had limited flexibility (I guess it's just the way I am!), but recent injuries to my shoulders have really limited mobility in that area. Thank you for these! I always enjoy them!💪

This was a great recovery workout and felt amazing. Amy you are so right at 58 I have to have these recovery workouts in order to keep up with the strength workouts. Thank you!💪❤️

This active recovery workout is all about doing what feels good for you and finding what you need today. In this bodyweight flow, we will get gentle cardio, mobility, strength & flexibility, all with options to take it up or down as needed.

Spent 10 hours in the car today. This was PERFECT! It felt SO good to move and get things stretched out!! Loved it!!!

Wow! This is now up there in one of my favourite mobility flow workouts. I needed that full body stretch out with an elevated heart rate. Perfect timing for me 🤩
