I love these true mobility workouts! My heart rate still gets into the HIIT zone for 5-10 minutes during the workout, but I don’t feel like I’m pushing too hard. My physical therapist has encouraged me to go easier in my workouts, and it’s hard to do, but this kind of workout is the sweet spot for me. Thank you!

What I liked about this workout was that I was able to take it up a notch for a lot of the moves to keep my heartrate up more. Then it was nice to stretch out as well! 🤩

I look forward to these every week, I have always had limited flexibility (I guess it's just the way I am!), but recent injuries to my shoulders have really limited mobility in that area. Thank you for these! I always enjoy them!💪
