Loved it, Tom! Did this one with my 10-year-old again. He enjoyed it. We had to check out our biceps in the mirror afterwards. Haha. Thanks, Tom. I’ve added a few hex dumbbells. I think I need a bench next.

Hey Tom, just gonna throw this out there because I saw that your last foam roller video did good view wise, if you could do a 15-20 minute lacrosse ball/massage ball full body routine that would be awesome! I'd definitely enjoy following along to that
