Money saving tip (because who doesn't want to save money these days): use the butter wrapper to grease your pan. There's usually enough residual butter to get the job done. Whenever I do cooking where I use a lot of butter (like cookie dough), I save the wrappers in a baggie in the fridge and pull them out as needed. I haven't bought cooking spray in over 3 years because of this tip.

Good morning Six Sisters. Welcome back and Happy Sunday. - and by the way, greetings from another Ravens fan. Those brown sugar glazed boneless pork chops look like the perfect thing for a Sunday supper on a cool Autumn evening. That's what I believe I'll be fixing tonight. Have a great Sunday and a great week. TYFS another excellent video. 😊😊👍👍

The lasagna roll ups were a favorite at our old church!!! EVERYONE wanted me to make them for Bible study all the time!!! Sheet pan dinners are so simple and easy!!! I use the frozen meatballs in my Lasagna soup that I make in the instant pot. Hi, "mom"!!! You look a lot like your mom!!!! Can't wait to do the pork chops with the brown sugar!!!!! I am totally DIGGIN all 3 of these recipes. I need to make 'em all! First, I have got to make the Parmesan Chicken, then the Sugar Glazed Port Chops and lastly the YUMMY Meatball Lasagna Roll Ups. I am happy I have all of the meats and ingredients for all 3, so I have my dinner menu for my next 3 meals. I don't cook everyday, so this is PERFECT!! Arlene

Thank you for sharing this with us, Kristen. I look forward to making these delicious recipes. And look forward to seeing more videos to come. Fall is my favorite time of year also. Unfortunately, many of those that live in Florida that watch your channel this past week had to deal with a monster Hurricane named Ian. My family included, we are OK and safe. It slammed into the west coast of Florida with max winds at 155 mph. I'm sure you can imagine the kind of damage it caused. So far a loss of 67 lives, and it's expected to rise. So sad. Praying for all who were affected.

If asparagus is not a fall veggie in your country (in Germany it's a spring veggie and way too expensive in the other months) you can also use green beans, broccoli, or brussel sprouts. ♥️

What is the size of the dish you used for the turkey meatball lasagna? If possible, what is the brand? It looks like a Corningware one to me, but I've never seen that size! (Guess I should have finished the video before asking...9 x 13. But it seems bigger. Hmm.) Could you still share the brand?

Good Sunday morning I love your recipes, just wondering how to make these keto friendly. Or could you do some keto friendly meals. I'm little over 6 months keto and down 25 pounds have about 15 pounds to my goal weight. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks
@Lucinda_Jackson2 жыл бұрын
Hi! Been keto for a very long time (except for those months during the pandemic when I decided to go rogue that we won’t talk about 😉) and two out of three of these are super simple to switch to keto. For the Baked Chicken Parm and Veggies, the only ingredients you need to change are the bread crumbs and the potatoes. In place of the bread crumbs, you have a few choices - you can just use crushed plain pork rinds (add Italian seasoning), a combo of almond flour and the pork rinds, or make your own bread crumbs from keto bread - you can make Maria Emmerich’s protein-sparing bread and dry it and make crumbs for no added carbs or use 90 second keto bread, dried and made into crumbs, etc. You get the picture. For the potatoes, you can use radishes (yep! They don’t taste like radishes once they’re roasted!) or the ubiquitous cauliflower or some of both! The Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops are very keto friendly. All you need to do is swap out the brown sugar for an acceptable brown sugar substitute like the ones made by Swerve, Lakanto, Sukrin Gold, etc. Just find the “brown sugar” version of your favorite sweetener and use that. Super simple. Okay, the tough one (and the one that is difficult to make keto and be satisfied with IMO) is the Meatball Lasagna Roll-ups. There’s no real sub for lasagna noodles. Again, you can use Maria Emmerich’s method that uses that same protein-sparing bread recipe (I think it’s life-changing for all the ways you can use it) and get a reasonable sub. Otherwise, there are some meh options for making traditional lasagne, but they don’t translate into something you can roll up this way. The only one I can think of would be deli chicken or turkey slices as a noodle. It would work physically, but not for your tastebuds IMO. But you can try for yourself. Personally, I’d just turn it into a Noodleless Meatball Lasagne Bake and make some 90 second bread or some of Maria’s bread into garlic toast to accompany. Hope that helps!
