This is such a great way to get moving and get your heart rate up! I love that it's low-impact and something that almost anyone can do. It's also a great way to clear your mind. Keep up the great work! 🔥

Good video to get the morning going. A good challenge, a bit too hard in places, a bit too easy in places. So, I eased off a bit when it was too hard and ramped up a bit when it was too hard.

This was a fun and good workout! Simple moves where I didn’t get confused and not too advanced where I could do any of the moves. Looking forward to more!!!!

Thanks Jordan! This is great! It’s my day off from the gym but I always do some stuff even on so called “rest” days. Gonna do this today to get some energy from the time change.

I was gonna quit at 8 but you set a higher bar for me and I pushed through to 10. Let’s do at least the 10 every day and after a few days maybe we can do 12, then later up to 15 etc. Like you I’m highly motivated to improve my fitness. Other than PT for my back I’ve been a totally sedentary tortoise all through Covid 😫 I saved this to a special file in my notes so I can go straight to it daily. We CAN do this 😁

@@emeraldsea8754 I found that she has a beginner walk video, a shorter high intensity walk and a 10 minutes total body workout! I’m going to be doing these regularly. I have asthma and can’t really walk outside unless it’s at least 60 degrees (cold air seems to trigger sinuses, which then goes to chest), so until it warms up, this is what I’ll be doing. Good luck!! Yes, we can do this!!!

What is up with all the ads? I have been benefitting from Jordan’s workouts for a few years. But there are starting to be ads playing interrupting the workout. There were only two interruptions on this one, but another workout had about 4. Ads used to play at the beginning only. Why is it happening now? Can it go back to having the full workout without interruptions?

Pardon me for jumping in, but almost any sporting goods store has that type of resistance bands. You can probably also find them at Target, Walmart, or on Amazon.

Have to be in time with music which should be louder so u can hear it . Sorry need to be more motivated . It,img is everything in theses walk videos it’s what keeps the pace!

The workout wasn't in time with the music for sure and it was just loud enough to keep throwing me off. I say just turn it off, I prefer to just follow along with Jordan.

I’m going to have to build up to this. Only lasted 10 minutes. I’ll keep at it! Can you also make a daily three part (10 minutes each) walk at home plan? If I just divide this into three 10 minute segments there won’t be any warmups in the last two, just jumping into face pace.
