To the point, simple and effective. No obnoxious laughing, no excessive instruction and the countdown timer is helpful. These exercise videos are the greatest in my personal opinion.

This is a good workout - looks easy but at about 13 mins in you feel the burn. Jordan's gentle encouragement is awesome.

Thanks so much for these 30 in home walking videos. I Really want to get back into the gym, but can’t afford it right now. These walking videos in addition to my 30 min treadmill walks and outdoors has helped keep me moving and heart rate up. Thank you sooo much!!

Excellent walking video. Im a little sore in glutes from yesterday’s yoga so this was tough. The pace was a little fast too (I’m a sr who typically walks a bit more than 3 mph. ) so, during this cold spell I hope to improve my speed using your program! Thanks! Oh yes, I appreciate your straight forward style.

Love this opportunity, would love an episode for an individual with plantar fasciitis & ideas that are safe and beneficial.
@kathym66034 жыл бұрын
Rebounding is good for plantar fasciitis ... start off flat footed as a warm up for circulation… then lift heels and then do twist… It is jarring that causes plantar fasciitis. A Cellerciser is the "softest landing" rebounder.

Excellent cardio workout! However, not for absolute beginners. If you haven't done some walking other light exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, I wouldn't breakmin on this one. Or just do the first 15 minutes and gradually build to 30. I'd say I'm an intermediate beginner and while I did get through it, it was challenging. By the midway mark, I was definitely feeling it! She provides a good warmup to prepare you for the work ahead. No cool down or stretch included so make sure you do both afterward.

Gotta keep in mind that things go by averages. Of the thousands who have done this, it probably is ok to rate this as fit for beginners. No program is going to perfectly suit each and every person. So some may have to reduce their movements while others may have to kick a little higher to get a good workout. Im just thankful. ❤️

Just divide the miles by 0.6215, or multiply by 1.609. One kilometer is 0.6215 miles. One mile is 1.609 kilometers.

Needed a “walk in place” workout for when it’s too cold to get outside (I dislike gyms). I’m embarrassed to say, I was winded in 10 minutes. Shows that even just walking isn’t as good a workout as this. Looking forward to when it becomes a breeze!

that isn't walking that is called stepping or bad dancing. Being static like that doesn't distribute mass properly, the imbalance will cause repetitive strain injury. Legs together for strength, jump just enough that your toes leave the ground last. Do it faster. Ps, vast majority of quadrupeds rest on their heels, birds don't even use their heels. While in motion, stay off your heels.
