Thank you for this. I needed this today more than I even knew. On the last move, when I was told to choose my word of inspiration, there was no hesitation in my word being "daughters' because they are who I'm doing this for. I'm 6 months postpartum with my second daughter and it has been more than a struggle to say the least to find myself again, esp during quarantine, and try to find peace with my body. I ended my work out with tears streaming down my face because I needed that reminder of who Im doing this for. Not only myself but the 2 little girls whom i wake up every morning for. Today I did not want to work out, but I did, and I'm proud. Thank you

My whole family is in love with Kit Rich.... During the lockdown period of the pandemic we did this exercise for almost everyday... We are not exercise type family...:-). My seven year old boy included we know by heart all the moves but also Kit's inspiring talking... "May day, May day, you are working out"... "I have read those comments..."...." I am only guiding you, but..." .."you turned me on, now dont turn yourself off".... "you may think I am a dancer...anything but.." ...ha..h.a..ha... see... now we are much fitter.. thank you Kit Rich... we love you and your training... you have something in you to inspire everybody...love you.

Hi, I am in my 50's and love working out whenever I have time. I am from Japan and we are asked not to go out this weekend because of the Corona-virus. My gym has been closed for almost a month, so I have been working out at home instead. I came across your channel while looking for some good exercise videos and really enjoyed it. WOW! Great workout. In the past six months I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, had a bilateral mastectomy, and am actively going through chemo...I am weak and doing my best to regain my strength. This video was so motivating Kit. Thank you!

@@milva5732 Well pretty good all things considered. Had the cancer come back and needed more surgeries and chemo but so far hasn't reappeared in a few years. Fingers crossed!

I have done this exercise for maybe 20 or more times in six months now but every time I do it I feel the challenge and intensity. I must say Kit did a good job there.

I feel like Big Ed during this quarantine, I am someone who used to go to the gym, everyday. Everyday sometimes twice a day, yoga in the morning, and lunch time classes. So happy I found this. you are amazing. thank you. xxx

this is my third time doing this workout. for some reason I sweat so so so much. I wasn't able to follow this workout at the first go, but I'm slowly able to do all the moves, so proud and I love the encouragements you say in this workout. I did it today as this lockdown is start to drive me crazy. I’m a key worker and I love to run and go in gym to do many classes. I did this work out today, and boy it was hard. Couldn't do the second round of cardio. But I took breaks n kept going. My word was FOCUS. It helps. Thanks Kit

Focus is a perfect word. I know it was hard. But never get discouraged by that. You will get stronger. You may never find it easy. But you keep trying, at your own pace, and little by little you will feel a difference. I'm proud of you.

Awesome! You are a really excellent trainer. You have all the characters which a trainer requires. A positive and happy trainer who motivates us when the moves are hard while you are not seeing us and even make a joke to bring a smile to our lips. I love this workout. It gets the relevant body part activated leading up to each move. I love how it has helped me really start to draw my core in and after a few attempts at this workout, my core is feeling stronger and flatter already. Very cleverly put together Kit. Love it and thank you xx
