I just did this and I feel great. It's so good for your cardio, legs, arms, chest, back, abs, heart and soul. Kit Rich is such a gifted trainer, she pushes and pulls you through. She makes you believe you can and so you do. I just love her so much 💖

Muscle cells need a lot of energy, which means they burn a lot of calories. In fact, they burn more calories than fat cells, even when you're not exercising. So the time you spend working out reaps benefits long after you stop sweating.I am saying this from my personal experience of losing 61 kgs in spite of PCOS & Hypothyroid thanks for posting this amazing video.I can relate to this completely

I'm covered in sweat from this one, not because it was terribly intense, but because of all the overhead arm movements. It took me three months to be able to get my arms above my head after bilateral mastectomies. Today when my husband came in and saw me doing this workout he just stopped and starred at me. When I asked why he was being a creeper he said it was the first workout since my surgeries that he had seen me do any type of overhead work. Not sure if that was a conscious move on my part or not but I made it through the entire video. Kit is awesome and so motivating to just get through each move at your own level. Thank you again Kit!

Thank you for this workout. What I love the most was, it wasn't repetitive at all. I get bored very easily, so I have to do 4 times the same repetitions I loose the interest. This workout was great for my Friday fitness routine. I agree with some of the viewers, we need more!

You have a soft and soothing voice, it felt so encouraging while your move is slowly killing my soul. Thanks for this video. The cooling down session help me to ease the tension in my legs and back. and the workout itself is quite hard since I cant do any push up or any exercise on my back. I did finish the whole thing with 1 break and many modifications.

When it comes to video/audio based workouts, the instructor’s tone of voice, and overall communication/speaking skills are very important to me. It is the difference between me doing the entire workout or not. That said, the MOMENT THIS video started..I immediately subscribed. I love the energy, the voice ( not monotone), clear, and encouraging. Not a super intense workout BUT hard enough. And I’ll give it a go. Thank you.
