I dont know what people are complaining about this is an incredible medium intensity workout as clearly stated on the title and it definitely made me work up a sweat. I atcually like less intenity from time to time specially after I did a heavy workout the day prior so this is a win for me. If you dont like it dont do it again she has several very good punishingly hard workouts so do those but I love that she catters to all levels of fitness that makes her an amazing trainer.

First time of doing this in an attempt to create a good weekly workout routine for myself. I really liked it! It's challenging but not to the point where I want to give up like with higher intensity workouts. Also, really good explanations and understanding of begginers' difficulty!

Three days post chemo so I decided to try this workout. I was able to do almost the entire thing. Had to listen to my body and stay on my knees for all the push-ups but I finished it. Thank you Kit for always staying so positive during the workouts on here. The voice in my head will be telling to stop but I keep listening to you and finish strong.

I found you on popsugar and would incorporate a lot of your higher intensity workouts in to my weekly schedule. Lately have been in a slump after some medical issues. THIS VIDEO IS WHAT I NEEDED. I really enjoyed this it made me work and those pilaties almost got me! But you were so kind and motivating you also weren't intimidating made me feel like I had to rush to go to your level. She also made me feel great that I actually did the workout

You are a wonderful trainer. I must keep telling you how great you are. My husband and I follow your routines everyday and the result is significant. After having two babies in the past 3 years, my flat belly is back after doing your routines everyday for a month. Thank you for making those wonderful resources available to everyone. Unlike other reviewers critical of the slow-motions, this is one of my favourite workouts to do in the evening, just because of that. Medium intensity but still challenging, you can choose your pace and the music, lighting and atmosphere go well together. There are other higher intensity and faster paced workouts from Kit if you prefer a different style. Thank you Kit 🙏 I would love more of this style too.
