I am stronger than I’ve ever been because of you, Sydney. I’ve had so many different gym memberships over the years, and I enjoyed some more than others. Though I miss the gym atmosphere, it’s just not feasible for me right now. Never before have I been able to be consistent with at-home workouts until now. Thank you for all you do! It’s clear you are passionate about your mission!

I started following your workouts over a year ago and have done them around the world. I am an America and was living in the Philippines. I was traveling in Illo Illo on a business trip when I found your channel and continued doing these workouts in Manila. I moved to Belgium in January and have been doing the Elevate challenge. We just went into lockdown 2 days ago. I usually do the workouts at the gym, but had to order some weights over the weekend since we are now restricted to our homes Until at least April 5th. I am a bit behind in the workouts since I didn't have weights for several days so switched to running. We are still allowed to go outside if we are at a distance from everyone. Really happy that I have these work outs to continue for both mental and physical health during this time. Since moving to Belgium I have lost 8 pounds, from both doing these workouts daily and changing my commute from hours in a taxi to riding a bike and intermittent fasting. I have met my goal weight but am hoping to continue and loose five more pounds. Thanks for the inspiration!

The hardest workout yet. Loved it. Been doing your workouts 2 years now. My stamina and endurance have skyrocketed. I'm an English teacher in Israel and had to chaperone a school Purim Party last night. Dj and all. I got asked by 2 teachers that I don't know well if I'm a Sport (PE) teacher. Lol.. So a continuous thank you for being here for me and all of us around the globe.

I comment on every video of yours that I do. And I RARELY comment. I’m just blown away by your workouts, every time! It’s really challenging, I end in a pool of sweat but you ALWAYS keep me motivated to keep coming back for more. Every move you have me do, I FEEL the burn. Like I feel it working in that moment. Pre-quarantine, I was an avid gym goer.. I don’t know if I’ll want to go back to the gym once covid19 is over. Thank you for all you do!!!

I decided to do this one along with Day 14 of the At Home Challenge. It's so exciting seeing the strength and endurance I have now compared to when I started! I crushed it! 🤗 i love the dumbell clamp into my back knee it was great for glutes and the inner thigh and oblique exercise with dumbbells. Those were my favorite moves in this workout😊

I really struggled during this workout. Idk why but I just felt like I couldn’t get the moves down and really struggled through it. Kind of defeating. although I know not every workout you feel amazing but I hope I wasn’t the only one with this one! 😩
