I love how you’re making fitness more accessible for everyone. You got me into fitness with sculpt it bc i was so busy and needed something quick but effective. Grew to love that. Learned so much on your channel, then started going to a gym and doing Strong then Strong Lower body. I can only imagine how many people are going to benefit from this program like i did Sculpt It in the start. Would have loveddd this as a beginner/busy schedule life!

As a major fan of yours, I can’t believe this video as skipped through my notifications without me watching it!! As a full time college student, and a full time business agent, most days it feels like I barely have time to eat. I’ve always been an athlete and a gym goer so with my new change of lifestyle I was really struggling to cut my 1-2hr workouts down because I simply do not have that much time anymore. The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Doing this one today!! I love how you explain each movement to the fullest and are so detailed about it. I have said this before and I'll say it again, I've never seen any coach or athlete explain a movement the way you do. Just last week after doing one of your workouts posted here I learned I was doing a Arnold Press wrong and just by changing the one thing you suggested it made the move so much more challenging.

Honestly I love the Strong Express program. It does the job and I feel accomplished afterwards. I started to feel a little overwhelmed when I did the lower body strong because I would be in the gym for over an hour sometimes. I still love that program thou just sometimes short on time. Now I feel this is achievable and straight to the point. Thanks again Krissy for making working out feel enjoyable again. ❤

@@cupofcozy708, The workout platform has two lower body moves, two upper body moves, two abs moves and sometimes a burner with a stretch at the end. It’s 3 times a week but each workout session is a full body workout. Hope this helps. It’s on her EvolveYou app.

Thank you so much for this video and new training. I can hide somewhere in the house for 30 minutes do this! I am so happy I don’t have to get more equipment. When I was able to go to the gym, the machines were always full, wait was long and most every female lifting weights were half my age and the men were muscle heada.

I am trying to strengthen my core and glutes these days as i am recovering from a disc herniation and severe sciatica pain. Would it be fine if i followed along with this exact routine 4-5 times a week instead of following the whole program? Additionally i do my physiotherapy stretch routine as i still have some nerve tension and severe lower back pain

Not sure why you'd choose a DB fly when you're already doing pushups later the circuit. I'd swap the DB fly for DB pullover. Then swap the knee push for an elevated pushup instead, so get more muscle recruitment.
