Love this! I haven’t gone to the gym in a month due to getting an eye infection, getting sick, starting a new job and moving to a new home but I have still been doing home workouts with dumbbells and I’ve actually grown to enjoy working out at home and having a quicker workout 😊

Sometimes, I lift lighter on other days im not feeling it, so I still go through motions, but I'm not exhausted just by thinking about doing it. Then you still do something, even if it wasn't your max. ❤😊

@@KrissyCelaa It has a very very bad homeless population specifically LA and San Fran. and the cost of living is insane!! Please consider FL or the Carolinas. CA is in a bad place. Many Californians have moved to TX or FL. Just want to save you some drama and headaches in the long run. I am not being a negative Nelly. If you buy a home in CA, and decide to leave, they charge you a huge tax when you try to sell your home. Not sure if you are following what’s going on in the states but it’s about to get pretty interesting..Miami/Tampa/Orlando. Are good spots! Carolina’s are where some Floridians are going, of course because of the cost of living….one of my dear friends cannot leave because of all the taxes and bureaucracy…she gets hammered by the fires every year and her taxes have skyrocketed. Please research before your make that move….best of luck.

Great video, many tips! But the ones made with Sasha felt more helpful as camera angles were actually showing feet and position etc, and these videos didn't cut together every second word. Personally I don't like when a chat has hundred cuts. Felt little bit distracted how "promotional"the video was. Although it looks great quality and cool editing it's not as helpful as workout videos you had before. But I admire how much knowledge you have as a trainer and that you want to share it with us, too 😊
