How’s it going guys! Today we’ve got something to supercharge that Friday feeling, an intense 30 minute KO8 class that you can do at home, all on the low anchor point setting.
We’re going to challenge all our fundamental movement patterns in this workout, and we’ll be targeting every muscle in the body at some point, meaning it’s a very efficient way to spend half an hour! And who hasn’t got that to spare these days?
The structure of the session will be 4 exercises in each block, 30 seconds each move with 15 seconds rest in between each minute. We’ll be going for a total of 3 rounds before moving onto the next block!

03:18 - Dynamic Step Press
Block 2
12:20 - Reverse Woodchopper (both sides)
13:30 - Split Squat Pallof (both sides)
Block 3
22:37 - Step 1-2
22:50 - Bicep Curl
23:11 - Ski Pull
23:30 - Triceps Kickbacks
