Oh my word! I did this workout yesterday afternoon, and I am swearing at Kaleigh! I had to drop weight massively, and I am so sore! I am praying leg tomorrow is not as bad. I washed my hair this morning, and it is still in knots bc my shoulders and biceps gave up trying to get tangles out this morning!😂 And you had me laughing and struggling lifting the weights bc of the giggles!

Mother of all arm workouts yes I have 1lb wrist weights and you can definitely feel it! I have10s, 12s,15s and 20s. Sometimes I need something between 15 & 20!

I loved this. I edited a bit though. I did the biceps segment and then rewound to do it twice, then the triceps twice, then same for shoulders. Once I’m done an exercise I hate to redo so I decided to switch up the format so I didn’t have to go back to the beginning at the halfway mark. I was able to lift heavy even so. I probably won’t be able to lift my arms tomorrow!

Whew! Tough one. I got wrist weights, but haven’t used them much because I have 8 lb and 12 lb weights. But I have taken them when traveling to add on to 10 and 15 pounds.

Yes! after you first mentioned wrist weights I found them at y local thrift store. I have been using 1.5 lbs on each wrist. It definitely challenges!

Took 2 weeks off for hiking, jumped back into the routine this morning and my arms can barely raise above my waist. Great way to kickstart the routine once more but a very challenging workout for sure!❤

Wow! Heavy breathing for upper body! I used wrist weights on the whole first round of the 3 muscle groups but knew form was failing so I took them off for the second! That was intense! ❤

We all need the cup with the straw after that 😂 team wrist/ankle weights here! I use them for things like tricep kickbacks and snow angel because I can’t quite make it from 10 to 15lbs. I also like using them on my ankles for dead bug! Thanks Kaleigh!

I just have to tell you that I am absolutely loving your workouts. I love that I can do just weights one day and then finish with great stretches and then in between do my cardio but you’ll weight workouts are the best. Is your new baby a boy or a girl?
