From this space we can welcome our future self and allow a heartfelt intention for our future self to unfold within. The intention could be a mantra, affirmation, uplifting emotion, anything. From there we move into the experience of the intention, harmonizing with the energetic frequency of our intention. Aligning mind, body, and spirit with our intention and the divine love that holds us and supports us as life unfolds in the most beautiful ways possible with this intention.
