I started this year off doing all your kettlebell workouts everyday and love it (minus your Intense workouts lol). I am going for knee surgery next week and I am thankful for your seated workouts. I trying to go for the year straight of workouts. Was going to go to other channels to get more kettlebells work but decided when I am fully healed. I going to do one of your videos every starting from the beginning. You have like 400+ so I guess I be working out with you for a while. Your content is great.

Sam, do you use kettlebells for chest work or do you recommend maybe more pushups or dips for the chest?

Personally I supplement my kettlebell training with machines and dumbbells to build chest. I find that it is more practical to isolate the chest in particular using more gym based equipment (like dumbbell bench press, machine chest press, cable chest fly’s etc). However, that’s not to say we can’t train the chest with kettlebells! You can do crush push-ups, floor press, offset push-ups, crush press. As you mentioned- bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and bar dips will also build the chest. Make sure you take your reps at least almost to failure and you will see growth in your chest.
