I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm just over 50 and not in shape at all. I eat well, but I hate exercise. I decided to just commit and do it. I love your workouts. I exercised with one channel for women over 50, but bless her heart, I can do more than she was doing. But I could not keep up with the 20 somethings. 😄 I've been doing your workouts for a week and I am so motivated. Thanks!

Love the no-repeat workouts! sometimes when initial exercises are tough I am scared for the rest of the time thinking of how hard it will be to do the repeats! Here the surprise factor keeps me going

Morning! So I had some balance and coordination issues today - not sure why - but its all good. Liked this one. Felt good to get some cardio and work on those arms & abs without repeated reps - a good "rest" for them.

Honesty I have only been able to stick throughout any workout with PJ I already went throughout 15 day challenge and going to day 4 of arms and abs workout. I have a lot of fun with her bad mouth and I love it. She keeps it reall. Unless other work outs I have tried were trainers are stick ups and boring. Plus she knows how to keep us safe, 55 years old like me do not need to follow a 20 year old kid. Need someone to stick to our age and keep us strong and fit. I feel stronger already was not able to do the lunches without falling. Now they go low and easier. I am happy with her.
