Wow, really underestimated the intensity. Finally I was forced to take the 12 kilo kettlebell for the tgu. I loved the focused exercices like gentle putting down the kettle bell. Really a much greater workout than the first sight!

Very cool! I know it doesn't LOOK like much from the outside looking in but with all the stability this is a shock for the nervous system. I remember shooting this and I forgot to hit the record button and had to reshoot the whole thing...one of those situations where there is no excuse or nothing to blame - just shake your head, learn your lesson, and get back to work :) Anyways, thank you for watching! Ok I think dumbbell dead lifts and loaded carries will work if I can't do swings

How much weight?

This is a 24kg/53lb kettlebell - a good working weight for me considering the reps. A dumbbell would work just fine, a sandbag or a stone would also work (but not held overhead). Cheers.
