20/4/22 Did it again in the PM 😃😌❤️. The Warm up and part 1 only. My back smoothly flexed, thanks to rock ups and added a plow stretch series 😁. Thanks Kellen for your amazing content and practice 😊🇰🇪✌🏿

Thanks for the workout. This was nice as a beginner, because I didn't have to sacrifice strength or cardio work with having to learn complex movements and their names first.
