Kileen, this is a great routine! i'd love to see a few more in this subject: longevity. focused on full body well roundedness to move well into our older years. would love part of it to be strength work (e.g., on glutes, psoas, rotators, etc), part movement, part mobility, part isometric holds in various areas. thanks!

Wow, Thank you! Struggling with PMS so couldn't do my regular workout at the gym and this was great. I suffer from chronic pain, acute as well as inflammation. This is so healing for my body. Really enjoy your dialog too. Very insightful. Also your general message to play not push allowed me to sit in a particular pose longer and breathe through it as well as modify my movements to make them work for me. I am totally passively flexible, so I knew exactly what you were referring to. It's just how my body has always been.
