What would you recommend or what video would you recommend for rest time in between sets and repetitions of the circuit

Circuit fashion like you see me do in my videos: rest as needed. Ex: When you finish a set of squats then follow it up with two more exercises, by the time you get back to your second set of squats enough time has passed to start your second set. Or rest as needed. Don’t over think it I’d rather have my players over rest then under rest.
